Excellent property, nice location. The rooms and property are extremely clean and well maintained. It's better than any 5 star hotel in terms of cleanliness and soothing ambience. It's so peaceful and gives great positive vibes. The housekeeping staff & helper is very good and arranges everything for you swiftly.

You can order anything from trivandrum's best food joints or restaurant on Swiggy or Zomato.

Don't forget to get yourself pampered with an expert therapist for massage, the owner is an ayurvedic doctor & recommends best for you. You don't have to go anywhere, keep yourself some time to relax & rejuvenate. Thanks

This is the best because it is near to thiruvallam temple, is just 10 minutes walking distance from the Thiruvallom temple and near to the highway is one of the the reason. About the house, it's very nice, it's like a nalukettu style, like our traditional house of Kerala but at the same time it has all the features of a modern house too. Then the rooms are very beautifully arranged and very tidy. Two rooms have individual exit from the room itself n a balcony too. Evenif within the city, it's a bit inside (2min walking distance) so very calm n quite atmosphere. Very nice dealings n service. Actually we had a gud time there n the place is so beautiful n will visit again.
I also recommend everyone to visit if they wanna best room with affordable price within the city with all modern arrangements.

Everything was excellent.

Had visited this place on 30th September & was there till 3rd October, 2021. The stay was very pleasent and Dr. Praveen was very helpful he not guided our trips he also helped us for pick up and drops to our location really very supportive and prompt service.

Due to covid we were really worried about food but for our luck Dr. Praveen had arranged top quality home made Kerala authentic food.

Really just experienced a home like feeling in trip highly recommend for a family stay and I will be repeatedly going to this place whenever i visit Trivandrum.
