I had worst experience with delivery and refund as my order was automatically cancelled and till date money also not refunded. Please improve on this.

I wish there was a negative rating in Google. I live right opposite the store. I have ordered more than 10 times through their app. Out of that, 8 times, i had to call them and remind them. Inspite of that, they deliver after 9 am. This is not just 1 time but many times. Extremely pathetic delivery service. I can't imagine how can it be so bad. They even called to ask our feedback, and i told them the issue. And still it hasn't been rectified. Infact it has been worse aftr that.

Quality product at cheaper price via jiomart delivery. But product is not available for the past few days in jiomart.

Product is good.bad delivery method and online tracking is very poor. Delivery is never on time, we have to call the person and remind him couple of times that we have placed an order.

Worst ever milk and curd I have.its smells very odd.i brought it from. Kanjirappally. Those who are buying this.pls taste it before you give to someone.

Had sapiens milk, something is not normal about it. Think there must be some kinda chemicals added

Sapins Ghee:
If you boil this and let it settle down then you smell like wax or dalda, yellow colour will be disappear which shows additive colour and smell. May be duplicate or low quality ghee.

Brought Sapins ghee from reliance fresh at trivandrum and am so disappointed that it is full of dalda. Not gonna buy from this brand again. Going back to milma ghee which is available locally and way better and has Agmark certification

We are regularly consuming Sapins Curd and buttermilk. It is of good quality and at a very reasonable price. It is less sour than its counterparts. So have split opinion when it is used for cooking. Since its relatively a new brand, their products are not always available in our area. Even if its available, it will be in low quantities. But their reach is improving since the fall of 2020.

There was a good atmosphere and they are the reyal sapins. Sapins is good outlet also very good. Neet clean place good communication between customers and employs and habe sapins products also

Friendly staff and products hygienically prepared. Tried milk, yoghurt 2 types, ghee and butter taste good.

Sapins products are cheating customers by introducing 2MRP RATES in their products.the consumers are not being able to find the real price of the product.i have got this experience from KALYAN HYPERMARKET, ERNAKULAM.i have seen this on 04/06/2017 when i visited there.
