Sara Hotels and Apartments - Hotel Near Cochin Airport

Wouldn't recommend staying here. Poor quality rooms and bathrooms, very noisy and staff who were not willing to address the noise concerns.

It's ok. Makemytrip takes a lot of money when booking through it. Call them to have better options

Ok, Rooms and the hotels are clean. Have'nt stayed there for long time.havent used the rrom service. But they were friendly.

There was some bad smell throughout the hotel. Even staying for 1 night was not possible by me. Never recommending anyone.

Fantastic place to stay at moderate rate. Good staff. Especially Cibin. Nice experience. Highly recommended for moderate economical decent stay.

Booked room for 1 day, charged 2k for standard ac room, which is so small even 2 persons can't walk at same time. Room also was so unclean that it did not seem like 3 star hotel. Good thing is that me and my wife stayed from 8 pm to next day 10 am. Either would not recommend to anyone just because of their money making mentality. Even tv did not work until we said so. Only few channels given after telling so.

Just go to other hotel, may be go little far from airport, then you can find better hotel with better service. Trust me in this one.

I recently dined at the restaurant of Sara Hotel and Apartments, and I'd like to share my experience. Please note that I can only provide feedback on the restaurant, as I did not stay at the hotel.

The menu options were limited to just three items: Poori, Puttu, and Idly. Opting for the Poori, I was pleasantly surprised by the dish. The Pooris were tasty, and the portion size exceeded expectations as they served four Pooris, which is equivalent to two large Pooris. The accompanying curry was flavorful and complemented the dish well.

Unfortunately, the service I received was average. While the staff was courteous, there was no exceptional attention to detail or personalized service that would set them apart. It seemed that the restaurant primarily caters to hotel guests, as mentioned by the waiter, and not to outside patrons. This may explain the lackluster service experience.

Moreover, the ambiance of the restaurant was poor. One notable issue was the absence of air conditioning, which made the dining experience uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. It's important to note that this might be due to the restaurant's focus on serving hotel guests rather than the general public.

Overall, my visit to the restaurant at Sara Hotel and Apartments left me with mixed feelings. While the Poori dish was delicious and generously portioned, the average service and lack of ambiance, particularly the absence of air conditioning, were disappointing. If you're solely looking for a satisfying meal, you may enjoy the food here, but be prepared for average service and a less-than-ideal dining environment.

We went for a party there, the food was average, the food was not served hot. Convenient location.

Great stay at cheap prices, very near to Cochin international airport. Parking is ambient. Staffs are very attentive and helpful.

The place is amazing and the service is good, the only thing is the standard room and the executive room are the same, the only difference is the price. No change in room amenities. The apartment and the suite rooms they offer are really great. It is in prime location and very near to the airport. Please don't take extra bed and don't go for sharing, because if you have extra bed you cannot walk in the room. Apart from that, for 2 sharing the place is just amazing. Breakfast which they offer is average.

Friendly staff and commendable service. Economical, given the proximity to Kochi International Airport. The restaurant attached serves good Kerala food too.

Complimentary breakfast is too good. Rooms are quite small. Food is good. Front office staffs r really helpful and they make u feel comfortable. 10 minutes drive from kochi airport.

Very peaceful stay, we stayed here due to a flight cancellation of oman airways. They stay was so beautiful, the staff was so helpful and caring. They picked us and droped us on airport. The apartment is so spacious and furnished. Really comfortable for a family of 4. Really enjoyed the stay. A very good suggestion of hotel near airport.

Last month on the way to lakswadee p, we stayed at the hotel for short time. I have visited lot of countries but never met such nice guys of your hotel. I must mention the food you serve in restaurant.was 6/5 and must recommend the visitor of the eastern part of the country to feel the warmth.

The ambience was good and all the staffs are very courteous. They have a decent restaurant too. A bakery is there for snacks. Rooms are good with spacious corridors which gives us a positive feel. Rooms are clean and the staffs at the front desk immediately attends to the complaints. We had stayed in their two bed room apartments last year, which was very spacious. Economic double room also is not a bad option for two persons which I have selected this time.

Overall we had nice time at Sara Apartments. Worthy of its price.

We stayed here as a pitstop on our way from Trivandrum to Calicut and is overall happy about this place.

Rooms were okay with clean bed and linens. Bathrooms were also neat. Staff behaved well but didn't get a chance to interact much with them. Also didn't have food from there so can't comment on that.

Location is very convenient and close to Cochin airport. They have good parking space also. So overall I'm happy with money spent and will choose this place for similar requirements in future.

We visit this hotel at least once a year to spend a weekend and chill. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff

It was good stay, the people who r serving also very helpfull, who ever is expecting a decent nd budjet stay can aproch them and insure travelling facility since it is 1 or 1.5 kmtr away from airport, that's hotel on prime location.staff cooperate with necessary.hotel services were very nice and good. I hope I will come again and again.

Everything is nice in the hotel, But i had to change my hotel because there is very Slow Wifi and Mobile Internet Is also very slow in the hotel.

Average facilities. But good behaviour from teams, highly appreciate the hospitality. Very much expensive. Very near to Cochin airport approx 5mins.

The hotel is providing free cab service to Airport. They dumped 5 people in a 4 seater cab. We (2 persons) were waiting for 10 minutes in the cab to go to domestic departure. However a kerala family (3 people) who came late were dropped first in international departure. When we checked with cab driver why cannot he drop us first as we were waiting for long time and were getting late to flight, he started shouting with unprofessional words in local language. Beware of this hotel. Think twice before booking a room. Very unprofessional people.

Very less space in rooms. Breakfast is not good. Location is convenient and close to the airport. Service is not very good.

Checkin was smooth. Room was comfortable for one night stay. Wakeup call even at 3 AM was really helpful. Checkout was fast.

Does not met the expectations as mentioned on site. Water must be complementary, which are charged. Airport pick-up and drop facilities are provided free by all the hotels that are under 10kms from Airport, but this services are also chargable at Sara Hotels and Apartments. Breakfast is also limited and chargable which is complementary in other hotels. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
