This review is exclusively for all those women planning to opt for their stitching services. Please read this and then decide if you want to go ahead and choose these highly incompetent tailors who don't know how to do basic stitching.
I had given 2 sarees worth 10,000 INR each, to stitch the blouse, both the sarees had blouse materials along with them. Let me highlight at this juncture that they had nearly a month's time to stitch since I had a function and I wanted to get everything ready well before time, so my point is, there was no hurry for the tailor to stitch these 2 blouses. Below are the issues I faced while they handed over:
1. They cut excess material of 1 meter from the saree in addition to the blouse piece of 1.5 meters provided along with the saree, because THE TAILOR MADE SOME MISTAKE AND WANTED TO COVER UP WHILE STITCHING THE BLOUSE. I found this only when I draped the saree 3 days before the function for a final check. I am a 5'7" tall girl, the saree wasn't sufficient for me to drape, and I could hardly take 3 pleats! When I confronted the store manager, Mr. Adarsh (after cross-checking the total length with the prominent store in Cochin where I had purchased this saree) he disagreed. The neck depth was made 11 inches, which I had asked them to keep only 8 or 9 max, so my back was fully open (almost equivalent to being backless!). In the eleventh hour, I had to run from store to store to purchase a plain running material of organza fabric, which was rare to find since it was a unique color of pink shade. Since I did not find the same material, I purchased a different material of a similar shade and stitched it along with the saree to compensate for the 1 meter that had been cut by the tailor, refer to the enclosed photo.
2. The blouse material of the second saree was totally wasted since it was stitched in a way that my mum could not wear it. The neck was shapeless, and the way in which they cut the blouse material was hilarious. We gave them 2 chances to rectify it. When they still could not fix it, we demanded to pay the cost of the saree so that they could take it along with the blouse, but they refused. They told us that they do not have such a system. So may I ask, do you guys only have the system of taking an expensive material from the customer and spoiling it completely by stitching it? In the end, they agreed to pay 2,500 INR (the amount was fixed by us) which was to purchase a new organza material for the blouse spoilt by them. It was only available in white color, so we had to dye it twice to bring it to a similar shade of the saree which was a unique green, look at our difficulties!). In spite of agreeing to this, the staff lady named Haripriya told us that the Manager, Adarsh would Gpay it by evening, but they did not do so. Haripriya did not answer the phone calls and when I kept ringing for 4 times, in the end, she answered and denied agreeing to pay the money. When I then made my stance clear that I wanted a cost of 10,000 INR for the saree, that is when Adarsh paid me the agreed amount!
These people wasted a lot of my time, money, and energy just because I gave them 2 blouses for stitching, which was extremely cheap, unethical, and unacceptable.
There are many outstanding boutiques that stitch blouses stylishly with good behavior on the lane next to Starbucks in Panampilly Nagar, go for them.

Saree collections are very good. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. Excellent quality in stitching.

Went in to buy the dual tone mundu.a bit on the pricey side but wouldn't mind that.hope the stitching time could be a little.more faster.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. I think it's basically for women. Location is pretty much in the heart of the city.
Everyone appreciated the design of the mundu.so all in all I am pleased as the visit served its purpose

Very very bad collection and worst stiching.i bought two dresses … it was waste of money.they are cheating customers. Bad experience with this boutique.bad stichting and bad service.low quality meterial

Recently I went for Sarithajayasuriya designer studio and purchased a saree for my spouse and it was really worth and the staffs are really helpfull for me to explain the minute details of the saree material and designs. And that was a NYC shopping experience for me
