Good place to shop and get quality souvenirs. Also has a cafe attached which has good food and lovely green tranquil setting.

Same stuff you'd find in a street market for 10 times the price. The restaurant was ridiculously expensive and not good. I had hair in my omelette! What a disappointment!: (

Lovely store and café. All women owned and women employees. Food is delicious, the items in the store are authentic and reasonably priced, the ambience is really chill.

Loved the ambience. The greenery around and the sweet sound of flowing water. That's a really nice space to relax. The book collection is also too good. With coffee and a book. You could spend a whole day there. With friends also you could have a great time. Even if they don't have a parking lot, we could park our vehicle on the roadside comfortably.

A place with great vintage vibe️a cup of cranberry apple iced tea with Swaraa evenings are the best. Excellent customer service.

The tag line used to be. Sarwaa- The best kept secret in town. Well it may not be a secret anymore, in fact it has now become one of the most popular hangouts in Thiruvananthapuram. Wonderful ambience and good food, what else can one ask for. Kudos to the owner for doing such a great job. Keep going

Not too costly as well.
Their working time is 10: 30 am to 7pm and the last order can be placed till 6: 30 PM due to which many working people can't make it in the evenings.

I didn't visit the concept store but the Sarwaa cafe behind the store. The ' cool & easy' ambience is excellent. Easily the best coffee shop in Trivandrum city. Plenty of choices both in snacks and drinks. Service is very good and staff friendly!

Very nice place to come shopping for trinkets. Lots of beautiful and repurposed furniture. Beautiful cafe behind but could not try it out. But the ice lollies and kulfies were great.

Had really bad experience in this place. Their items are really expensive but are of poor quality. Items looks good. We liked a ring but just after putting it, glue comes off and asked us to pay for it.
If the ring have fallen down and broken I would have agreed to pay for it.
We tried out the ring in front of their staff. But after the ring broken they told we weren't given allowed to try it out. If this was the case they should have mentioned when they talked to us
There were quite rude to the customers as well

To be frank, I didn't feel anything so attractive in there. Be it the food, ambience or setup. Service was ok. And that's it.

If you are an Indian travelling to Kerala n are looking for Kerala specific traditional / contemporary curios / apparel, I am afraid you are in for a disappointment. The store has a very "Bombay Store" feel (popular store in Bombay n Pune) n non-Indians will be delighted to visit the place. But it was unfortunately not the place I was looking for. Also there is no apparel - only shawls n kaftans. I managed to find a few purses made out of sarees.n bought one.

Coming to the cafe', food is continental with vegan options. Again nothing local on the menu. No ratings for food as I was in the mood for local food n couldn't find anything on their menu.

Has a cute rustic and simple charm to it and is very cozy (very few such cafes in Thiruvananthapuram). Simple food. Good gift items and collectibles, though a bit pricey.

Ambience and setting is top notch. Food is average or maybe below. Got cold samosas and shakes bot worth the pay! A bit disappointed

A quiet little place cut out from the noisy outdoors. A calm place where you can unwind. Food is good with a rather limited menu. For chit chats with your small set of friends where you don't intend to laugh out loud and disturb others, this is the place.

I noticed this cafe on my friend's instagram account. I must say, i was really struck by the way the cafe is being arranged. I decided to visit the cafe (i am yet to explore the lifestyle store though) and i was really happy with the ambience, the service of the women staff (who always communicate with a smile on their face:) ) and the food they served.
If you are looking for a calm place to spend your "me time" or for discussions and hangouts this is one of such places i found in trivandrum.
The cost of food and beverages are affordable.
Once you enter the cafe you feel close to nature away from the city noise because all you feel is the cool breeze and the green surrounding.
The coconut milk coffee with honey, the normal south indian coffee, cold coffee, the sandwiches are really good.
I didn't really enjoyed the milk tea because it was not the mixed tea but the tea bag one: (
Not always you find a neat washrooms in every cafes or restaurants you visit, but this cafe has a neatly maintained washroom too.
Though the arrangement of seats and the shades of colors are lovely, few friends of mine (even i felt) that not all seats aren't that comfortable when you sit for sometime.

An amazing store with an amazing collection of curios from all over the country. Dont go expecting a bargain. The item are a bit pricey. However, they have very unique, very beautiful finds. They do a good job restoring works. They have jewelry and linen options as well. The staff is very sweet and friendly. They have a good collection of furniture as well. Everything is indeed a work of art!

Visited their cafe behind the store. Nice ambience to sit for long time. Only downfall is that they close by 7.30pm.so go early.

Highly suggested. Sarwaa is a lifestyle space with a café, boutique, crafts and nice vibe! Well maintained ambience and nicely served dishes.they have a vegan pressed coconut milk coffee with honey, which I would suggest. We also brought one mini statues in the sale. The crafts and statues they have may look too expensive but it's not actually. You can smoke in the café (if you want).

It’s a complete lifestyle store from clothes to curtains they have everything. They have lovely collection of wind chimes, dream catchers incenses. They have a lovely coffee shop attached to their store. The ambience of the coffee shop is very relaxing they server yummy coffee and quick bites. The place is very peaceful and calming that you will Literally loose the track of time being there. One couple of occasions they have arranged concerts by soulfully gifted singers. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They also have a green house where one can buy potted live plants and seedlings. They also have an excellent collection of jewellery.

I love Sarwaa.there are so many items to choose for everyone. Great customer service, lovely music and a great selection of products from small souvenirs to big pieces of art and decor. I really appreciate the attention to detail and how beautifully everything is arranged in the store as it made easier for me to decide. They have the widest collection of high quality handicrafts and an amazing collection of souvenirs. Jewellery collection is amazing. They have silver, terracotta, trendy and fashion jewellery. Clothing collection too is amazing and the fits are perfect.
The cafe at the rear end is a must visit if you are in Trivandrum. Thry have the best South Indian coffee in town and their cutlets are yummy.

A must-visit place at the heart of the city if you're in search of cozy corner from a busy world. I highly recommend y'all to taste Kahwa aka traditional kashmiri tea once you're here. The environment is pleasing and also the interior which makes us feel calm to read the books from the stack (mini-library). Go, check out guys if you are in doubt for a perfect evening time with your loved ones.

I visited the place today. I came here to trivandrum for training. I've searched many places to sit relax after my training hours. Finally got a best one. Ambience, nature and decoration was awesome. People working are so kind and friendly. I totally loved it️️.

Very very good place for handcrafted decoration item, jewelry and ladies dress. A designer cafe also available. Authentic collection, different items made from rose wood, teak wood, combination of wood and metal, brass, copper etc available in store. Very costly items. But wort it.staff also very supportive.

This store will leave you with an everlasting love for antique home decors. Amazing collection of clothes, home decor, accessories and stationaries. Best place to pick out a gift. Price may seem little high, but I think its worth the price. A cafe is attached to this store serving mouthwatering foods. Their service is also good. The cafe have good ambiance for chit chat. It also have a separate store for garden decors just nearby. Don't miss this unique store. As far as I understood, they have collected these pieces by traveling around India and abroad.

Have been a regular visitor to the cafe since years, and never had to face such a horrible behavior from the staffs. We went as a group of 6, and one among of us just relaxed on the couch keeping legs on top of the sofa and making herself comfortable and suddenly a lady staff came and showed such irritating gestures in a very rude way without even talking to us, and later the ladies started staring from inside the kitchen, which was even more uncomfortable and annoying. First of all, there should be some polite way to address any issue and customers should be well treated. They have to clearly mention what is happening. Again when the lady started showing such rude behavior, we inquired the same. After some time, we went and talked to the owner of this shop, and couldn't really change anything but just to make sure that we just wanted to review this incident because that was such a cold response from the owner. Here after, if there is any such particular rules, please do write and place somewhere so the customers will be able to get an idea before ordering anything. Moreover, we are always in and around Auroville for many years and we know how cafes are maintained in Auroville. Nobody makes such an annoying atmosphere once if you place your leg on top of the couch and in fact wherever you go inside any cafes in Auroville, you can see people sitting in the way how they are comfortable, no matter if you just keep your leg above the couch or not, no staff behaves in such a rude and disgusting way. The day just got spoiled because of this single incident.

Great place for business meetings, hanging out. Quiet with ample parking on the road. Good ambiance. Food is on the expensive side with no air-conditioning but the place is cool enough.

Decent collection of souvenirs and reasonably priced. Friendly staff but at times overdo the marketing of their adjoining Café. The café design and layout is very quaint and a nice place to while away the time.

I had bought a lot of jewellery from Sarwaa. They have a really unique and beautiful collection. The best part of their jewellery is that even after years it retains its glow or doesn't damage even a bit. Sarwaa jewellery had always made my looks complete and a perfect one. I must say about their wide space shop with a good ambience (with cafe) and great hospitality. Keep going and All the Best.

I love the ambience of this store. Beautiful treasures everywhere. Well curated selection of items, great for decor and gifts. If you are looking for hand block printed designer apparel, classy and trendy jewellery, finest homedecor, gifts, souvenirs and lingerie there is no other place than Sarwaa. Great furniture collection too. The cafe at the back of the store is a must visit.

I just love the store. Within a week, I have visited the store 3 times and every visit, I purchase new items. They have lovely costume jewelleries, house deco items and many more. I also love their hospitality. A perfect store not to be missed.
