Very bad experience, Owner or Manger treated very bad when we raised a complaint about power issue in night. They said we are lying. Why do we need to lie after paying full amount before check in only. Very irresponsible receptionist. Not providing drinking water properly after paying 5k for a one room. Ambience and property was good but very bad experience.

We were a team of 15, and we really had good time. Decent size pool took most of our time, staffs were very calm and friendly.

Food was just average.

I recommend this for a peaceful stay.

They did not give room for online booking. Did not even bothered to tell sorry. Just mentioned customer was not reachable. Worst customer focus i faces in years of travelling.

Excellent front office service, very calm area. Tasty food. Fantastic ambience during the night. Well and clean rooms, private pool service available. Pricing little high

2 days back I had to visit nilambur due to business trip on this route i got a chance to go across sattva resort

Wow it’s simply outstanding location the one who is looking for real peace then please do visit once in life time. Every staff is best there very kind and helpful.at the reception there a guy who is really very humble down to earth guy. (Sorry I didn’t ask the name) there is manager Abdul he to very helpful.at the gate the person who wil ascort u to the rooms. Thank u boss for ur kind assistance.

At this place u should meet two people who are available at the Ayurveda spa centre Miss geethu, & Mr Akhil they are really blessing staff to this place I guess. Fantastic service provided by them well trained and experienced staff these are.

Pls pls pls do visit

NOT A PLEASANT STAY.

I chose this resort only by reading many good reviews.
But the resort couldn’t keep my expectations or standard. Hence, did not had a pleasant stay or experience.
I stayed here with my wife and son.
Few things which wasn’t expected from the resort side.
1. There wasn’t a remote for air condition in the room. So I called the reception. They told us that someone will assist soon, but never thought that 2 of the staff will come and search for a remote inside the room (‘come on 2 people searching for a small thing’) as if they did not believe me.
Felt too intrusive and they did not bother our privacy.
2. I believe they have a shortage of staff. (Ayurveda therapist was our bellman, but he was good though)
3. Easy visible stains in the sheets. I tried calling them at night, but no one answered. They did not change the sheets from previous customers. Informed the staffs while checking out.but the response was funny. (‘ I will ask the Housekeeping to be more careful’). But he was polite though.
3. Ordered lunch at restaurant and food took 1 hour to get ready. So if you are planning to dine their, then plan accordingly. We weren’t in a rush, so wait did not bother us.
4. Swimming Pool was dirty and there was Staggered dirty water near to the pool.
5. Many part of the resort is not maintained well, looked very dirty.
6. I did not see any other people staying their apart from us.

Won’t recommend the property to others.

One good thing is All the staffs are polite and down to earth.

Had a wonderful day with the sattva teams, the food was awesome, the pool and moreover the staff was very accommodating.

Had done a massage, which was very good and relaxing. Thanks to the faculties in sahaj (ayurvedic centre)

It was a very good experience. Special mention was made of his Ayurvedic treatment. Thanks to Akhil and Geethu for the Ayurvedic treatment. Also, I would like to thank all the staff for providing a good atmosphere.
Sattva Resort is a good place to spend our holidays with family where we get peace of mind and happiness.

Great location Awesome weather. A perfect choice to spend a day away from all hassles. A calm, peace and serene place. The site of snow covered mountains, mist n chirping f birds gives you a different feel.
Indeed the staff were extremely pleasant, Patient, well behaved and at call. Property well maintained. Rooms big, neat and cozy.
Food was ok.
Special mention to Albin and Aadi.
Would prefer to visit again. Worth the price.

Impeccable service and excellently maintained facilities. I have been visiting Sattva with friends / family for quite sometime now and have many pleasant memories of time spent there. Ramshad
takes extra care to make the experience warm and personal.

The freshly done up restaurant looks beautiful and the food is quite nice.

All the amenities which are already there are awesome. But service is pathetic due to which all other things look futile. If sattva provides good service it's an awesome spot to chill out

Wonderful stay at Sattva! Staff super welcoming! Very helpful. And the resort is beautiful. Food was an amazing experience! Highly recommend staying here if you’re travelling into Kerela India. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Truly you will get a peaceful atmosphere to spend a day in this beautiful place. Accomodation, food, hospitality everything is much better. Definitely a great place to spend your time with family.
