One of the best restaurant in kayamkulam now. They have a good variety of seafood. They offer fresh juices. The foods are tasty and the service is welcoming. They have 2 4 and 6 seating arrangement in ac dining area, also they have huts with good outdoor ambience in top of lake and sea just opp. Located in a very convenient location puthuppally with ample parking space.

Food was not up to the point, The ambience was beautiful and sitting there and eating is a nice experience

1st edit. Two three times I called there to order food. The guy who handles the mobile phone speaks like he is not interested in taking orders over phone. Last time he cuts the phone in between and didn't pick up the phone even after multiple attempts.

Fish items are expensive than a starred hotel. Service is very pathetic. Not even provide warm drinking water, encourages to use bottled. Rice will be provided once and rest will be charged seperately. A local hotel at a nice place, charges at star hotel rates.

Food quality is poor; and hence cannot justify the price. Though the location is Fantastic, the ambiance as well as facilities have to be developed professionally.

The place has a good parking space. There are multiple dining area options. The food was tasty which we did get. However the service was not upto the mark. The dining spaces though gives seclusion and privacy can be maintained a little better. The place can be tidied up and glammed up for the customers. But the view is excellent and is a place worthy of visit.

We went to eat at this restaurant the other day, we went after hearing a lot of reviews, but we got really bad food, please don't waste your money eating here. The attitude of the ownr of this restaurant was also very bad, if you have money to waste, you can boldly choose this place. If asked what was the worst meal we had, it would be at Sea Land Restaurant (puthupally).

Great ambience. Can be best enjoyed during the evening hours. Food and services average (Needs a second opinion as we had visited the place quite late after regular lunch timings).

Good ambience with with lake view private huts. Economical and tasty traditional sea food. Visit during after noon for the best experience. Parking facility available. However, it is quite difficult to reach there due to bad roads and interior location.

Absolutely natural beauty blended into a restaurant. Must visit place for its scenic beauty. Remotely located hence it's difficult to reach here, due to bad patches of road. But once ur here it's worth. Food is good and economical. Plenty of parking spaces and good staff. Had a good time having food in the hut watching the lake.

One of the best hangouts for family outing with a breath taking view! The good is delicious. The place requires a revamp with a proper handwashing area/washroom for customer convenience.

Very nice place.frontage is the vast Kayamkulam break water.opposite to this is the Kayamkulam Pozhi.you can have tasty food at moderate rate also.

The place is calm and far away from city. To reach there you may find it little difficult if u are a first timer.

Some of the staffs are very rude. Behaviour to customers is poor.some staffs are very friendly too. Food is average only. Maintenance of the place is very poor. Fish pond is covered with used bottles and waste materials. Toilets are untidy. Evenings here are beautiful with sunset. Don't expect more from here. Evenings are the best time to visit here.

Awesome food and such a beautiful place to hang out.if it's hot outside you can come here and enjoy the beautiful sea from the small sitting area they have outside with sheds. The food here is really tasty and homely.

I was one of the first customers to this exclusive restaurant. Away from the Kayamkulam town, riding through a narrow road, when you reach Sea Land Restaurant, it is a different world altogether. The ambiance is simply awesome, especially after 4pm. However, the food and service needs improvement. I don't think there are not many restaurants in Kerala that can give the kind of sea side experience that this restaurant offers.

Sealand is good budget restaurant with resort like ambience, on the shore of kayamkulam kayal. There sea food collection are awesome. Kallumeka, prawn, meen Kari, kappa. Everything are tasty and cheaper.

Karimeenpollichath is not up to the mark.

Overall, good food at cheap rate in a heavenly ambience.

It's a hard place to reach and going there by ur own vehicle is more convenient. But the ambiance is a plus point. And the food is also superb. Nice quality and also has a unique traditional taste.

Good ambiance, best place to hangout with your family for an evening. Good food. Be there before 6pm if u want to spend some time with your family, because after that it will get dark and u can't feel the beauty of the place being it's a lake side one.

Went there to attend a function, the place is simply superb, the ambience itself will fill our heart with peace, good food, u can enjoy the beauty of backwater, they provide boating also. It's a good place to conduct functions like marriage receptions.only negative is the difficulty in reaching the place

The three stars are for the location. Sea facing and very creatively built in spaces is very exciting. However menu options and service is average.

Romantic place to spend an evening; Extremely pleasing to see sunset from here; Awsome view of Kayal and wind here will never let your hair stay steady. Swings and slides that will not only attract kids but also couples. Small huts with bamboo stairs and all time music will make your evening worth. Good food along with beautiful scenery will fill both our stomach and hearts.

നുമ്മടെ സ്വന്തം നാട്ടിലെ കിടു റസ്റ്റൻറ് അല്ലേ, എന്റെ നാട് ആയത് കൊണ്ടല്ല ഇത് പോലെയുള്ള സ്ഥലത്തു വന്ന് അടിപൊളി ഫുഡ്‌ കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ളതിനോളം സുഖവും സന്തോഷവും എത്ര ഫൈവ് സ്റ്റാർ ഹോട്ടലിൽ പോയി കഴിച്ചാലും കിട്ടില്ല. അതാണ് നുമ്മടെ സീലാൻഡ്

Worst restuarant.toilets are filled with sanitary napkins and i used gents toilet and i feel shame on myself. The hotel staff are rude.the food served is average the quantity is less but price charged is very high.the way to the hotel is horrible.far away from main road.totally waste of money

4 stars for Good food and fair rate. But attitude of workers and owner is pathetic and horrible. Very bad behaviour from owner.
