Not updating Gents and Ladies collection according to new trends. They have only F2 (fashion2you) shirts there. So poor. They are still in 2005

I had a bad experience on last day, I went there for purchasing a fabric meterial. They were simply standing and chit chatting with colleagues (about family matters) and I was willing to wait for their service but they (ground floor) were not willing to show the materials. Please teach your staffs how to deal customers, at least they have to respect customers.

I bought a salwar suit worth rs 2500/- in first wash green color turns to yellow. But when I inform this.they say "they are not responsible for this.we can't do anything.

I wish I could rate this shop a zero star but I can't so I give it a one.the customer service is atrocious and very dull. The staff are not true to their job and is very informal. Cloth material is really poor. The staff is reluctant to be enthusiastic. All this proves lack of dedication to their job.staff is not cooperative and gives mixed instructions.the billing section has no interest in their part of job and is frustrating.not planning to visit this shop again

Staff there doesn't care for the customers and number of staff seemed to be too less. Collection seemed okay, clothes are affordable.

Bridal lehangas and girl baby frocks are available in varities. Bt other collections are very poor and costly.

Had shopping yesterday for around 20K. Staff address the customer Edi/ Eda. (can call by name). Staff in ladies section not helpful and reluctant to open and show the sarees.

There was no AC through out my 5 hrs shopping. Dirty and flirty toilets. I will never visit and won't recommend. Will see the quality of clothes.

Very irresponsible sales staff. Staff's are showing bad attitude towards customers. I will never shop from here again in my life.

They are even not willing to replace the ones they purchased.
Such rude behavior from the staff.
Dear management,   Please do understand that we have given the payments that you have shown in the tag, and not that you have given them for free.
The behavior of each staff member should need improvement.
I won't recommend any of my beloved ones to this shop

Very bad customer service offered by staffs. Customers have to visit and pick the dress frm their display.staffs are not willing to ask abt customer preference, not willing to show any other items than on display.once a customer enters the showroom all the sales girls will look dwn to the floor.totally waste of time and money.
