Not bad but collections could have been better. However I felt that the working condition of the staff was poor. They didn't have sitting arrangements for them. Also give discounts.

Collections was very bad and my car bumper cracked because of bad construction of building, and no one was responsible for that management said it was the mistake of building and building owner didn't visit.

Very worst experience. Last day went there for bridal purchase. The whole experience was really bad. Expectations doesn't meet the level. Price wise also not satisfied. Finally purchase a bride saree. And they given it in worst manner. Put it in low quality paper bag without any covering. The value of money they wer not considering. Never ever choose srematti goin forward

Really bad experience.

Me and my family were told that the purchased churidar would take around 10 mins for alteration. Instead it took nearly an hour for it to get done!

Really long waiting time and the staff members didn't have the courtesy to tell us that it'd take a while.
