We had hired Shaadhi wedding management company for a family celebration. Starting from the first interaction to the closure of the event, it was a pleasure working with this team. Sumi was very receptive to our ideas and requirements and provided multiple options to choose from. The communication was very open and timely. It was a pleasure working with her. The entire team - Sumi, Jacob, photography team and audio team - all went above and beyond to make our celebration a memorable one.

Wedding being one of the most important event in life is also said to be a day filled with panic, rush and confusions. Thanks to Shaadhi Wedding Management my evening reception and my wedding day turned out to be the most relaxed and extremely enjoyable. Hats off to the team for providing the best support with the least done from my end. The team has been extremely creative with the decorations that it turned out to be brilliantly elegant and vibrant. Communication was the easiest with the Event Manager, Ms. Vyshnavi, as she and her team were very understanding and even willing to attend quires and concerns past their working hours. Being a resident abroad, the time to plan my wedding was very minimal but with Shaadi Wedding Management, it felt so easy. My family and I felt so relaxed pre and post wedding that we had our time to enjoy with our family rather than being worried about other coordination. The team guided us extremely well during the event that there was less panic in the air and our guests even mentioned that the event felt very peaceful and under control. The team also guided us to other teams for support including music, photography and bridal makeup. As per my experience, your wedding day is supposed to be best of memories and a day to have a happy smile and they made it happen for me. They were on point with all elements of the reception decor. They were also very prompt and accommodating of all requests from us. Coordination and communication were of the highest quality one can expect from an event management team. Although we were really short on time to plan the event, it was handled really well by the team and they went the extra mile to drive things that we forgot to consider. I had hired Shaadhi Wedding Management for doing the event decor and management at my wedding reception on Feb 15 2021 in Kochi. They wedding was an outdoor one and I was very specific that I wanted my reception to be like an American rustic style reception with lots of Edison bulbs and twinkly lights, flowers and foliage and to keep it elegant and classy. I hired them a week before my reception and in such a short time, they delivered perfection!

They are extremely professional, quick to understand the needs of their client, and very responsive. No call went unanswered. No request was not met. They even create a whatsapp group for easy communication. Being the bride, I didn't get too much time to discuss with them. But we exchanged inspo pics of what I wanted on whatsapp and shaadhi perfectly recreated each one of my needs.

It really took the stress away from my family and I to fully trust Shaadhi to deliver and I would like to say, I was extremely happy with the result - elegant, classy and breathtaking. Bonus - shaadhi team stayed throughout the wedding reception so that they could handle any issue that came even though there were 0 issues or problems faced by us.
