The stylist is very patient in hearing our concerns and demands before deciding upon the haircut. My hair was long and i was having issues maintaining them due to my busy life. His tips to maintain and caring the hair is logical and worthy. The custom made haircut made it easy for me manage my hair as well. In short, I loved this place and definitely will recommend it to others.

The vibe at Shafeenaz was wonderful - I loved the ambiance, and everyone there was pleasant and professional. Shafeenatta did a great job helping me decide on a new hairstyle; her cut and styling were just great! I love my new look and will definitely return.

Very dingy vibe, the interior design is very confusing and in your face there is very little place in the salon but it is mostly filled with idols everywhere that you have no place to stand or sit. The entire vibe did not make me or my mother, with I went for the haircut, comfortable and when your paying such high amount for a haircut you expect to be comfortable.

I had most terrible experience from this saloon, The staffs are unprofessiona and they have no basic knowledges. They done a normal facial and told me its a hydra facial and charged 4500 rupees. They are used cheep products and unhygenic wayyy.so never goes this parlor.it is pakka fraud.

When me and my collegue wanted to visit a parlour near to kalamassery I searched for good beauty parlours near us found shafeenaz which is in edapally.
Then I called up and a lady picked up the phone, she was very friendly and gave me all the details, to my surprise she was shafeena the owner herself.
Today we both visited the place and did facial and pedicure. Excellent service, a positive ambiance, friendly and caring owner and staff.
They use really nice products

One amazing experience. Got my hair coloured and a haircut. No words but amazing service and client friendly. I just loved the way she listened to every word of how I want my hair to be and then delivering the exact thing I wanted. I am more than satisfied with the output. And i highly recommend this place. Got to meet Shafeena Aunty 2 months before my marriage. Did my hair treatment 1 month prior to marriage and pre bridal a week before marriage. She also offered trial makeup which is not offered by majority of the makeup artists. My bridal makeup had two looks, everybody liked the makeup. Aunty’s commitment to the services offered is top class. Highly recommend.

There has double system for normal people and celebrities. The owner is using normal by charging high prices and also service very bad for normal people. Terrible experience

Amazing experience!
I have thick and long colored curls. When it became hard to manage I contacted Shafeena Ma'am asking for Keratin treatment. But after seeing my hair she was particular that I shouldn't get rid of my curls. She gave me an excellent hair spa, a long layered haircut, and a better color for my hair. I had visited many other salons in Kerala asking for treatments to improve my hair and all those salons declared my hair as dry and frizzy and told me that the only solution was smoothening. But Shafeena Ma'am changed my whole perspective about curls and gave me confidence. She gave me tips on how I can style my hair and the products I can use.

Me and my daughter did hair cut and it was an magical experience. Shafeena aunty itself gave a slight add on touch to our hair cut and was really happy with the final look.

I took my two 2yr olds for a hair cut for the first time, I was really worried how the little ones would adjust, Shafeena ma'am and her team made them very comfortable gave them their space and took her time with both of them. I was really happy with the experience.

Very bad experience.arrogant staff.dont even know the basic rules like dont put chemicals in and around eyes.one of the staff put the bleach and other chemicals used for facial inside the eyes.and had severe burning and redness of eyes.very poor service and inexperienced staff.very much dissapointed.

I did my hair colouring here, and I had one of the best experience. Be it the quality and the process, they are really unique in there way and gives the best outcome. I got exactly whta I needed. I totally recommend that this is one of the best places if u need hair color. Thankyou shafeena ma'am.

Had a very bad experience going there. The owner was yelling at the staffs. I could literally imagine how bad they would have felt. Poor customer service also. Really disappointed

I was a bride on August.that time I couldn't put my review bcz I was very busy. About this salon it's very good, very professional and Shafeena aunty is very friendly. She done best for my big day. Thank you so much make my day very special with good attire Aunty.

So I was a bride here. I will give her 2 stars for her decent work on my big day. But she is highly unprofessional. In terms that they were quite hostile that I didn't want my pre-bridal clean up from them.and they comment on ur jewelry calling it cheap looking etc. Also she charges u exorbitantly. 50-60k without any bill for single day make up and dressing. I was quite baffled, but had no mind for arguing on my wedding day.

Worst worst experience. Really dissappointed with the services. She is not doing the services according to customer's desire.
I told her I dont want clean up service as it was late already. Knowing this she came down and forced me and done a 10 minutes clean up and charged Rs 1500. Also my hair was trimmed out without my permission. I haven't asked for hair cut. We have waited for hours, there wasn't enough staffs. The manager lady was doing almost all services in a hurry burry manner. Not at all satisfied with a single service. The staff girl who done massage for spa don't know anything. She was asking someone what to do next taking so much time. Finally threading was horrible.she took eyebrows with my hair. It was so painful. Such a worst experience I had.

Really happy with the service provided. I did my hair cut and they have good professional staff to guide you with hair cut ideas. Shafeena aunty is such a lovely lady with real magic in her hands. She itself gave a slight add on touch to my hair cut and was really happy with the final look. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Please don't go der for hair cut. I have visited dis place for hair cut and permanent smoothing. Unfortunately ma experience was really bad. If you are ready to lose your healthy hair and money, you can go der. Total waste of time and money.

2018 she did my makeup. I am a wheatish color and she applied putty to my face
At that time, i did nt see mirror. As it was a busy scheduled and we were rushing to the auditorium. Still my friends teases me with that. She ruined my wedding.

The staff and owner were extremely friendly and were really cooperative. Professional staff as well. Gave good advise on maintaining my lady's hair! Good ambience as well. All in all, a good experience!

The worst parlour ever.me and my friends got curling and hair setting done.it didn't even last an hour.each of us spent 1000 for it. Its of no use.waste of time and money.
