Being a bride from overseas, I decided to go ahead and book Shafeenaz as she seems to be the go-to MUA for most of the brides. We asked her a few times prior to the wedding if she would be the only one doing the makeup and we were assured that she would be doing it. However, to our horror on the day of my wedding, she sent her assistant to get my makeup done. The worst part of it all was she was calling me a few times and assuring me that she was on her way to the wedding venue and would finish the final touches. However, she didn't turn up till the end. I wouldn't encourage anyone to book her as she doesn't have professionalism. Seems like we were not the first ones that got cheated by her and this happens frequently to most of the brides.

I have called them for a enquiry, response from their side was too bad.they have ended the call without giving me any response. Is this the way you treat your customers Very disappointing
Amazing bridal make-up. Really good products. The makeup was very natural and it blended so well with the skin. Really really happy with it and staff is amazing! They listens to all the suggestions and does it accordingly. I strongly recommend this place.
She is a very rude person. I was assured a trial makeup session and she gave an appointment. I was not staying in kerala so I double confirmed it with dem. On the supposed day she calls and cancels it saying she got other bookings and yells at me saying that I shud blindly trust her. Later after heated argument and asking for refund for my ticket cost she agreed to do the trial she asked me to come at 7 am & after reaching there she kept me waiting for 4 hours in a room without electricity and when my mom asked she says it’s power failure and we must learn to tolerate the heat as we are women. On the wedding day my muhurtham was of 8 am she told me she n her team would be there by 5 am but they ended up coming at 7: 30 am and she did a mediocre makeup and charged a good 30k from me

He considered how my parents envisioned me a bride and I loved that about her. The makeup and hair was so perfect that I was confident that everything was in place. The complements we got to hear made us believe in her more. Highly recommend her for Bridal makeup!:)

Once i approached her for bridal makeup for myself and for 4 of my bridesmaids.she said she will charge 17k. I negotiated and brought the cost down to 12k for which she agreed. But on the day of my wedding she absolutely did nothing.just a tan removing cream and foundation. She spended most of the time on my hair dressing and did just a basic makeup. Even that didn't last for more than an hour.it was completely a mess and was not a water proff makeup.by the time i reached the church, My face was patchy patchy and i started losing confidence. All my money went in vein. Very bad.shd is not loyal and sincere to her job.if she is then she should have done a good job for the money she getting from customer. No point in spending on advertisement. Posting her picture with the celebrities all over the world if there is no sincerity in job.
