The best household store in kottayam and with a repair shop in the basement. Always crowded. I gave only 4 stars because there is no place to park your car in front of the shop or in the busy street. So come by two wheeler, auto or walk. Please note that the road in front is very busy. Two cars can park in front of the shop and about 5 below in the basement parking. It will always be full. So, park away and come. The repair shop is the best and you get the best service for stoves, mixies, pressure cooker gaskets, spares of kitchens. Also all things needed in your kitchen is available here. Useful practical stuff. A must visit shop. Always crowded.

I had given 4 star last year but the behaviour of the delivery person surprised me today for a carry bag ️ inspite of my request that I will pay for the bag which was available, as i had purchased loose items, he was adament to tell me no bag for this purchase, just take it and go, please respect the customers i felt very bad at your shop.

The old Shah of kottayam shifted to a new building with a lot of space and a variety of household items The only problem is parking but it is also somehow managed by a new facility. House hold electric items and cookware can be bought and get repaired by them here. Four story building with centralised AC.
