Very bad service. They sell inferior quality products. Customer service is pathetic. Really disappointed. Had brought a tawa from them after using it just couple of times the tawa started to rust and change color. When went for a replacement they misbehaved. Never buy from this shop.

Extremely poor customer service.
I brought an iron tawa worth Rs. 1,830. As suggested on the box, i used sesame oil to season it. After making 2 omelettes it rusted.
When I went to return, they argued unnecessarily blaming us for the faulty product.
They market their products well. Enganum complaint ayaal avrde vidham maarum, namuku sadhanm tanna mukham alaa pineedu. There is no exchange for a faulty product.

Staffs are ok and having collwctions for are houshold items and gift items.

The store have everything a kitchen needs and their repair section for mixies, pressure cookers is excellent.

Very bad service, aproch of the staffs very bad, no customer suport. Never vist that shop. If ee report the issue to the owner, he also replying in rude maner. Better to chose another shop.

A good place for or kitchen utensils and for household items. Situated near Cross Jn, Thiruvalla. They sell good products at reasonable prices. Good customer care. Parking is available. It is one of the best shop in household items in and around Thiruvalla.

One of the best shops for buying all kitchen items.
The Kottayam outlet is also good.
The only issue is the lack of space to move inside.
A few staff are helpful.

All types of household items, vessels and presents available. Also repairing and services are also available. Good experience.

Very congested. Not enough place to move on the floor. Items are here and there. You cannot get space to check items. Staffs are good. They are supportive

You get most of the household items here. The shop tries to ensure that they select good venders for the sourcing of their products. Although this branch is not as good as their Chananacherry branch in quality of staff and the customer relations, it is one of the best shop in household items in and around Thiruvalla.
