I had a wonderful stay in Shinshiva, treatment and care was excellent. The doctors, the therapist, the restaurant team and all the staff was extraordinary helpful and taking care on all details. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay and the healing I got. I’m very thankful for that.

Perfect place for self healing. Ayurvedic therapies were effective n rejuvenating. Consultation with Dr. Shanthi madam and management by Dilip sir was excellent.

During my stay in ShinShiva my health condition deteriorated. I was strongly encouraged to continue the treatment, but eventually I had to cancel my stay half way through because of an accute lung infection, as well as strong physical pain, unwanted weight loss, sleep problems and nausea. I was told that I was an exception to the normal reaction and that they would refund me my unused days as a token of professional integrity.
I did not recieved any refunds or replies to my emails from them for over 4 months. When I sent a draft of my review here with a final request for the promised refund I recieved an email containing among other things this statement:
«You can write review anything about your experience while you stayed in our Ayurvedashram. Same us we can also answer for your review and we want to forcely reveal your conditions also. »
As a health professional I am shocked by this threat to break doctor confidentiality.
To their credit I did eventually recieve a part refund of my unused days a little over 5 months after my departure. The part refund seems to be because I used a travel agent (Golden Mango Travels) to book my stay. The travel agent refused to refund anything.
