Shoppers Stop

Slightly on the pricey side.but one can find good kurtas in here.their kids collection is bare but ones they have are of good quality but again on the pricey end.

Wonderful team. The manager Lijo was very helpful when I needed close to 20 pieces of a product. He coordinated over a month for getting me the pieces and the staff was helpful every time I came to the office. I suggest anyone who looks for a good customer experience to come to shoppers stop here in HiLite Mall.

I purchased a catwalk heels from Calicut Hi lite mall shoppers stop. Used it just for a day and it got torn off. And when we asked for a refund they are willing to give it as a credit note only. It is a loss for us when we search another one as it costs our time, travel cost, parking cost etc.again and all because they are selling products with no quality. Why do we have to bear all these loss? If any damaged items are returned the customer need to have a right for their cash refund.

Staffs aren’t professional. Service is terrible. They don’t have any accountability. Better go for other outlets than Calicut. I regret purchasing from here!

Very bad experience. We shopped for 20k. When we reached the shop, 1k off for every 5k purchase was displayed and when we went to bill they removed the offer suddenly and said the offer got over. They blabbered unnecessary excuses and tricked us about the offer.

Worst experience, worst customer relationship if you go for size change. Not valuing customer

Bought branded cosmetic items and found damaged. Concerned person is not willing to give option to exchange it even though they have mentioned that cosmetic items are exchanged within 14 days with original sealed packages. Poor customer service I ever had

Brought a chain from there, it changed its colour in a day. No customer care number, no response from the email Id.

Very bad staff in lee brand, they dont know how to talk with customer, i think you guys should change the staff then only it will grow up, unexpected staff specially that dusky guy.

Very bad experience with shoppers stop hilite mall Calicut. My friend got injured because of their irrespective product keeping. The product broken because of them and they forced him to pay for their mistakes. Atleast they could have maintain distance between broking products and customer walking area. I think they kept it to broke the product and pay for that from customer side. Don't visit again and worst customer service from their side.

One of the biggest lifestyle shop in hilite mall. It situated in east end of mall in 2 floors. Plenty of collections of watches, dresses, makeup materials are available here.

I bought a Mac lipstick from this store which is in Calicut highlight mall.there had a small mishap of interchanging the lipstick colour.but the store readily accepted it and return the product. By that we were able to take the desired color. The staffs in that section is also really good and very skilled. I love to sop there.really nice experience
