Food not up to standard.pricing also very high.saw the rating and went to restaurant but disappointed.

It's just average. The biriyani was really bad, just yellow rice with some chicken in it. It wasn't biriyani at all. The paneer didn't taste fresh. The parotta was just average. Nothing great or special about it.

Ordered mutton briyani but mutton too hard to eat waste of my money price they charged 350 rupees 50 rupees they deducted because of my complaint

Visited this restaurant on B'day. Cosy atmosphere, spatious and easily accesible. Service was good.
Little disappointed of the beef roast that was served. Rest all items was served well & tasty, Fish polichadu was really good.
Price a bit on higher side, but that's okay for a premium restaurant.

Its a good fine dine restaurant in thiruvalla. Really enjoyed the food. Ate a non veg meals with 2 fish fry. The fish fry was over priced. The ambience and the service was good. Really bad experience.ordered hyderabadi biriyani, chicken tikka masala, porotta, mixed fried rice, thalassery dum biriyani, juice and mojitos. And we get normal malabari biriyani as hyderabadi biriyani. There isn't any difference blw both biriyanees except their yellowish look. And very happy to say that their chicken tikka masala is our butter chicken and bad mojitos. I like the mango juice.

Not bad. When we step out after having food, there was a foul smell and water spill in the front parking area that was spoiled every thing!
Inside is decent but nothing luxurious. Food is okay.
The staffs were not wearing the masks properly.

Very bad experience. No signature of professionalism. One hour waited for getting the food served. They don’t even care to inform us about the waiting time. The staff who took the order didn’t get back. Waste of time and money. Average in taste.

Food quality is not good and hygenic and restroom is not good and its look good from outside but not good.

The restaurant offers decent ambience and seating but the service was not good enough. Had to wait long before someone attends us to take order and then had to wait long between the dishes too though we had ordered everything together.
Additionally the food we had ordered Chapati & Chicken Biriyani were not good too.

Had bad experience.one we ordered gobi manchurian which was under cooked and another time we went to the restaurant, it took almost 1 hour for the food and when the food came it was not cooked properly.won't recommend there

I had two varieties of alfahm, Normal and Kanthari. Normal Alfahm was Over burnt. Kanthari alfahm felt like a raw alfahm with out any masala. Both were having too much oil content.

Chapathi was too hard.porotta was not up to the mark.

The quality of the food makes up for the average quality of customer service at this restaurant.
Their overall indoor and outdoor is unique that it attracts a good number of people for whom vibe is of essence.
Perfectly located on MC Road, this restaurant serves as a huge favor for travelers because of the convenience factor.
The momos and mandhi are a must try at this place.

Its an average restaurant. Quality of place or ambience is good. Quality of food, taste etc are average. Only those foodies who have visited many places can notice the differences very easily. Did not find any dish special here. Also felt a bit pricy for certain dishes.

Ordered kuzhi manthi and biriyani which were not tasty at all. Ordered lime soda, but we were served lime juice without informing beforehand. Overall a bad experience.

Extremely Mediocre food. Poor Customer Service. Waiter left in between taking orders and never returned. Food quality was not upto par and I wouldn't be going back to this place. Extremely below average cuisine and didn't enjoy the experience at all.

Good quality food spot. The dishes were of great taste at the same time, not being too oily. Rates were reasonable.

Should have more items in Menu - that could attract those who are settled outside Kerala and come to the restaurant with family when they visit the State. Otherwise it has well behaved staff, good ambiance etc.

The sit in dining ambience is good however the food taste is only okayish at best. I took a take away order from here for Chicken Biryani, Dragon chicken and Paneer Chilli dry. The food items were hot and fresh but taste was not as expected. This might be because of the late order at 2 o clock from my part but certainly expected better. The service guy was really polite and welcoming so an extra for him. Will return once again for another try to see if they can hopefully do better.

Food was ok. Our group had poratta, chilli chicken, biryani and tea. Chilli chicken was not worth the money. Biryani was cheap (160). However, the restaurant did not even bother to warm it before serving. Biryani was served with pickle and raita. Poratta was good. Tea was okish.
Washrooms were clean. Staff was pretty courteous.

Not good. The standard has dropped drastically. We used to visit Signature restaurant frequently before Covid pandemic lockdown as the food was good. Hope they can improve.

Didn’t get a chance to eat any food at this restaurant, due to their service delays. We went there for dinner. Most of the tables were already reserved, but empty chairs! Also took 20 mins for someone to clean one table & drop the menu, another 20 mins for waiter to show up to take the order. Finally one waiter told the food would take another 25 mins. If someone has patience to wait for 1 hour, can try this place. I already walked out. Surprisingly this restaurant has 4+ rating which shouldn’t be the case with the poor service.

Great culnery experience with creative and balanced menu. Professional team in food service, friendly and much into details. Memorable experience, will see surely again.

A nice restaurant with beautiful ambience and they serve a wide variety of cuisines. The food was very tasty and the staff is very helpful. Few items on the menu are not always available so it would be good to ask the staff before placing the order. They have a good parking space and have outdoor sitting area as well so you can enjoy the weather and have some delicious food. A must try restaurant for food lovers in this area.

Good stop for heavy lunch or tea break, good staff, nice ambience, parking available, little costly but good quantity.

The food was really great. We got great recommendations from the host. Today's special was a different type of biriyani preparation and Tiramisu. Really great experience in terms of food, service and ambience.

I'm not from Thiruvalla, am from cochin and a food lover also. I used to visit many of the restaurants in cochin for having variety of foods. And as usual found about this restaurant through insta.
I have visited here on my way to chengannur for different purpose and my timing was not good. At lunch time platers are not available, only a few items available.
The overall ambiance and interaction of the staffs are very nice. We have tried mandi and biriyani, but to be frank, both not meet the expectation we had. Mandi had kind of smoky taste on higher side, and never felt such a feel from any restaurant in cochin. Biriyani is, just rice and chicken curry. Masala is bit higher, for both the items, we felt the chicken is undercooked. Pricing is average.

It was nice experience in signature last night.

Ambience is good and Food and presentation was also really nice. Service was also very nice and welcoming. Few tips and suggetions to improve
1) Menu was incomplete. Most of the items available are not in the menu. Please make a complete menu.
2) A/C is not up to the mark. It was infact pretty hot inside. Install few more A/C's since it is not centralised AC.
3) Juice section needs to be improved. It took a lot of time and the lime soda and mint lime was not at all good.
4) Cleanliness at the table is good. But, at this time of Covid pandemic, you should keep glass upside down on the Mat. Either use disposible glass or serve the glass once guest has sat down. Most of the high class restaurants also provide disposible glasses now a days.
5) Fix the tap in the wash area.:)

Today i had Kuzhimanthi amd chicken momos from here it was actually tasty the chicken in it was lil crispy and tasty. Recommended to try it. Nice ambience and friendly staff.

Awesome place for dining with friends. Staff are all much friendlier than expected. Good ambience and the restaurant is fully air - conditioned. We ordered some biryani and it was just incredible.

One of the better multi-cusine restaurants in town & definitely the best customer service that I had from a restaurant in Thiruvalla.

One of the best ever ambience experienced in Thiruvalla. It is the first time we have been there and the experience is wonderful in one word. This was our family's first outing in 2021 and one of the best till date.
The quality of the food is so good and appreciable. We all enjoyed it very well.
The pleasing ambiance and very good food made the each and every moment we spend there worthy.

Special thanks to the staffs. They all are so cooperative. Since we were a group of 7 people together and hence there will be a delay in getting what we ordered. But the staffs keep considering our comfort. They always show their care towards the customers. This is something that many other restaurants misses out.
They must be congratulated for that.

The restaurant is easily accessible for those who are coming from Chengannur side. Because it is away from the crowded Thiruvalla town and located at the side of the main road itself. At normal days there will be enough parking space. We didn't face any problem in parking.
There was also not much rush there when we visited. Place is so calm and peaceful. We would love to spend some time there.

I had visited this place along with my wife last week. Upon leaving the place, we both agreed on one thing that the restaurent is really nice and should write something good about them. Courteous staff, tasty food and very good ambience. If you are looking for a fine dining place with family or close ones in Thiruvalla, look no further. Will certainly visit again.

Comparing the high food price here, food which I got was not good.
Most of the items in menu card is not available here. Better to ask the waiter before you memorise what to order.ordered momos, It was costly & I got 8 tiny pieces, and it was tasteless.ordered french fries, Adequate quantity but lacks quality. No salt.ordered Beef roast, it was a disaster and I chose not to eat.
Ordered kerala parotta, and it was okayish.

But good part here is, it has good ambience and lot of parking space.
Service wise, it was not satisfactory. It was a disappointing experience. Hope the restaurant will try to improve.

Stale food was served and I got severely food poisoned due to the same. The chicken served was not at all fresh and tasted pathetic. Quality and taste of the food is substandard and doesn’t match with the price being collected.

Fried rice was not upto the mark. Momos was tasty. Excellent ambience, nice presentation. Good place for a dinner with speciality items as grills.

The place is perfect as a restaurant. Not too crowded.serving things are all perfect and nice service too. Personally i liked it very much.

Good hotel. Food was nice.
Except the pencil size kabab. Reasonable food bill.
One suggestion. Kindly reduce the volume of music system. High volume give irrigation.

Visited during lunch time, very few dishes was available. Mojito was very expensive (180rs for passion fruit) and also doesn't qualify for the money.

Nice restaurant which giving an excellent service. The service from the staff is very impressive. When we came to the restaurant we choose a small table and when the food arrived we told them to switch the table, without any hesitation they took all the plates and moved to another table. The ambiance is also very good. It is very calm and quiet atmosphere.

When we look into the food the momos were very good and perfectly cooked. The chicken fillings inside the momos were very flavorful. In the outside it was little sticky. Since the momos is steamed it will happen.
Chicken noodles were also nice. The quantity of the chicken was very impressive.
But the Szechuan chicken disappointed. It wasn't the authentic Chinese cuisine. The spiciness of the dried chillies (vattalmulaku) topped in the flavour list. In a Chinese cuisine there's no need of dried chillies. The alteration made in the recipe took away the goodness of chicken.
The Szechuan chicken fried rice was also not up to the expectation. It was also over spiced. The fried rice was burnt and it had the taste of smoke.
Apart from the Szechuan items (since it didn't tasted as a Chinese cuisine) it was a good experience.
The mint lime was very good and the mojito were also good. The flavours of blueberry and mint was very good.

Overall it was a nice dining experience. The staffs are really doing excellent service. The Szechuan cuisine can be improved.
I think the pothichooru is their star item for the lunch. When I came there, I found may people buying their pothichooru.

Ambience was awesome. We had a pleasant evening here. Even though amount was a little bit higher than normal, food was very tasty and we feel comfort after meal.

Signature restaurant is one of the top 10 restaurants in Thiruvalla. Visited twice and the experience is good. Very neat and clean place, tables arranged in a proper manner, sufficient space for huge groups etc.are the highlights. Good for late night dining as they are open till 11.00pm. You'll feel this as a slightly expensive place but quality comes for a price though.

A place by the roadside with good parking and excellent decor, this place is a proper spot for instagrammers and bloggers. Service and courteousness is on point. Food is served and presented prim and proper. I had the lunch thaali and the chicken Biriyani (the only available items in the afternoon). Quantity is admirable but I expected greater quality levels from a place this posh. Great ambience but the food won't woo you away.

Today I celebrated my son's 13 birthday here. The staff did a superb event management. We reserved a space and it was decored with balloons and with the arrival of a birthday cake and the birthday song was just majical.

We ordered for starters the dragon chicken and fish fingers.both were superb in taste and good presentation.we missed the momos but it was worth trying something different.we ordered a platter.omg.it was so much and so full that we had to parcel the leftovers.a brilliant tasty dish.a must try for 5 persons.

The staff was so pleasant and kind and cooperative and above all friendly.yes the price is a bit high but in the end the food and experience and ambience and staff was worth 5 stars.hats off.

This is my second experience and I advise all to come and try their delicacies.

Furst time ever at this place. Enjoyed the food, especially the fish curry, a pleasantly different taste. We had porottas n lamb curry while my friends had the meal platter. Thought the fish fry was a bit expensive though, may be visiting once a year you notice the change much more than the residents do. Great place I would recommend.

The butterscotch shake that was ordered was prepared in very healthy manner. The quality of dairy products used in shake is praiseworthy. The juices are pure and natural with least dilution, thus very healthy. Took 10 mins for them to take our order.another 10 minutes to tell us that the item we wanted was not available.we ordered something else and waited for 10 mins more and left without having anything.pure waste of time
