Silver Storm Resort, Athirappilly

Good resort nearby Athirapally waterfalls. We can hear the water fall from here. The staff is courteous and they provided a room for our driver too. The food, however is a drawback as the quality was not good and there are no nearby places to go out and eat. So the only option is to have it and shell out more money.

Rooms were very big. It has only 8 rooms overall. 4 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs. Food is prepared on order. Has a view of the river.
Overall it was nice stay for us.

It's very bad experience in my life.very few games and more crowd.not getting easy to enjoy the day.most of the games restricted for adult since payable and playable.most of the games not allowed for kids 6+ yrs but why they're charging money for 3yrs old kids.not even play any games.just watching everything is really bad experience.

Please don't waste your time and money.

Very nice and good amusement park is there in dream world amusement park.

The resort is like a side for the main water theme park. Though the room was spacious the ambience was noisy. There was loud music late night from the theme park despite of us complaining.

Also the service was not resortworthy. Many a times there was no answer from reception.

Location is at an advantage as there was river view rest of it not happy

Perfect Location, right on the main road. Rooms are little expensive though. But accessibility is the key feature. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the storm and snow parks, walkable distance. Thats the plus point.

Neat and clean room, easy access to silverstorm and snowstorm. Easy to recognise the location on the way to waterfalls. Friendly and helpful staff at all location. Car parking available.

First of all, it's not a resort, just a hotel with some rooms. They do mention amenities but all of them are in the theme park where we aren't allowed until we take a ticket.
The biggest issue was the Jibin (receptionist) statement when we asked for vegetarian food but he said who eats veg and has very limited options. This statement itself says that they hardly care about vegetarian people.
Also, these guys do not have a restaurant part of the property, it's just a small dining area with a kitchen being in the theme park. So, they are not serviceable all the time. We asked for tea at 8pm but were told it was not possible.
There are plenty of resorts on this road who are much better equipped and better value for money

Don’t be mistaken by the name it’s not a resort in fact it’s hardly a hotel… rooms were ok same like you see in their pictures but there was no restaurant no open space nothing to do at all.there is a snow park right beside it that you can’t enter without paying for it’s entry.for vegetarians there were hardly any food options that they will serve you in the room. There is no table in the room to eat comfortably.no paper roll in bathroom, ants in bedroom, overly spicy breakfast and the list goes on… the receptionist there was rude and thought he was providing great resort like services… overall it was not worth the price paid

Smaller resort with 5 rooms overall, nil activities for the price I paid, rude hospitality, when requested for a seperate plate for veg got a very different response, lacks cleaning, no activities on the resort, would looks elsewhere with a better view & activities for the money they charged me!

Ok stay. The room is clean and have a back door entrance to the theme park. No discounts in the theme park tickets though. Parking available. Hot water available and foods is served from the restuarant inside the theme park.

The rooms were neat and clean and the service was also good. It has AC as well. The food available at the restaurant even though there weren't a lot of options was good and delicious. The only issue was that the hot water ran out almost immediately in the middle of using the shower.

Very nice hospitality, spacious room, neat and tidy, the balcony room is good and easy access. Nothing much to do at the hotel premises except the water theme park which need a separate ticket. And the breakfast is ok

Great ambience, super clean and very caring staff.
Good location and one can take long walk along riverside.
Certainly worth a stay.

Best resort for those who are visiting athirappally area with family and much more for children. Hospitality from Mr Nikhil and his staff superb.

Suggest others to visit silver storm water park first and then take rest in this beautiful resort.

It's just right there in the entrance of Athirapally town!
It's got a snow park and a adventure park in the property so there's always something happening!
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable
Mr Adithya was managing the property and he made sure food was served to our taste palletes and checked on us on every leg of our tour!

Sorry for being late in giving a shout out.ever since I stepped out of room no. 103 I always thought of giving a review, because the experience was worth sharing.all of our needs were sorted out by the gentle service team within moments. Food- more than the taste, i would love to mention that it was served with much care for the guests. Team SSR, Athirappilly, you made our Anniversary staycation worth memorable. Neat. Serene ambiance. Perfect staff service. Affordable.

One of the best place for family with kids to enjoy. Ultimate corporation from the staff (polite and helpful) and the indoor dining is extra ordinary.yummy food. The rooms were near and clean.and Especially thankful to Mr.nikhil for giving all the support and facility for guests right from the booking and during the stay. One of the best attractions is that we can enjoy silverstorm, snowstrom and can visit ezhatumukam as a combined package.

I wa stayed.one day with my family awesome experience neat and nice premises.and the staff also very helpful especially the person called nikhil he is so helpful.and very gentil must visit place

The stay in the resort was so good. The service of the staff the way they treat their guest is so good and best. Mr. Nikhil (manager) he was so friendly that he helped us in every single way.he was always forward for our comfort he and his boys are so polite and perfect

A well maintained hotel with spacious room. Its one of the best hotels nearby athirapally at a reasonable price

If you want peace of mind, please avoid this resort because other than water you won't anything here, staffs behaviour is not good.if you want a gud resort please go casa Rio in athirampally
