I took the platinum membership to get the laser hair reduction and they informed me that their machine is broken and the service is not available at any other branch. They didn't even provide an update for when it will be fixed. Kindly update the same on the website and don't make false promises

My mother had an absolutely traumatic experience after doing hair colouring. In spite of informing that she has hair colour allergy and requesting the staff to not to apply hair colour on her hair roots multiple times, the staff paid no heed and went on to apply copious amounts of hair colour onto her scalp and she had extremely severe allergic reaction to the process. Her face, head and neck were red, swollen, scaly and itchy for over 5 days, and continues to be irritable even after 2 weeks. It was my brother’s wedding on the weekend after her appointment and she was really miserable due to the way of her appearance. The facial services are good though, but that isn’t consolation enough for the horrible experience which she had to undergo.

I can already see where this is headed seeing the way you tackle any criticism from the previous reviews and shift the whole blame onto the customer. My mother had agreed to do full coverage but once she started feeling skin irritability, she did inform the staff and asked to stop applying so much of the product, which unfortunately fell on deaf ears. Also, at no point were we advised against hair colouring which has been untruthfully pointed out in the response. As opposed to what the head of operations informed in the call - allergy is determined after applying on a small patch for 30 minutes. Again, you guys have twisted the facts into your favour publicly, eating your own words. Your response says, the wait was done for 20 minutes when actually your staff waited only for 15 minutes. Where is your transparency? At least have some shame, saying one thing to the customer on call and 180 degree opposite here.
Coming to the point of full coverage - when we asked your staff whether it is possible to do hair colour without touching roots and scalp, we were assured that it is possible and conveniently, you say now that we were advised against hair colouring.
We have paid quite a handsome amount for the services in spite of holding a gold membership and we obtained ZERO benefits from it. And had to pay for medical bills due to negligence from your end. Win-win for you anyway! Clearly you have no appreciation for the sheer amount of money we paid to avail your services and share zero compassion to your customers’ emotions. It’s hard earned cash, not minted at our homes.

I visit Sinima Salon's Vytila outlet regularly for a haircut and beard styling, and I'm always impressed by the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The outlet is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of parking available. The haircuts and beard styling services are top-notch, and I always leave feeling refreshed and satisfied. For those looking for spa or facial services, I would recommend visiting their MG Road outlet, as they have a wider range of services available there. Overall, I highly recommend Sinima Salon's Vytila outlet.

Just retuned from Vyttila Salon. Very bad customer experience at Front Desk person. Went today for hair cut and hair color but had to return without luck. He wasent ready to compromise on using the Memership card on the same day of purchase and asked me to come tomorrow. Time is money in this busy world and cannot waste another day for services when I am already at the salon today. Asked him if he wants to loose a customer who is visiting for the 4th time for their services, he said thats ok. Where all businesses are trying hard to keep repeated and loyal customers this business operates the opposite way. If the Business owner is reading this post please understand that growth and reputation of your business depends on the behaviour of your staff especial people handling the front desk. Good luck.

Went to Sinima for hair cut and hair colouring.had a wonderful experience. The staff members were all very professional. Jenoy, my hairdresser was very patient and explained everything. Thankyou Jenoy. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone

I have tried hair spa from sinima salon vytilla branch. Staff behaviour was good. Oiling and massaging done well. After hair wash hair mask application was little harsh. He used a comb without wide tooth, that break my hair alot. After all I got soft smooth hair but I am not satisfied with how he treated my hair after wash.

I have recently undergone laser hair removal at Sinima Salon, and my experience has been overwhelming. In a few sittings, I could see the visible results as my hair started to thin and it is coming back at a very slow pace. I personally have seen around 80-85% reduction (not every case is the same).

I recommend this place because my experience was great. Also, their prices are very reasonable.

Did a facial worth 7k which was of no use. No glow at all even after 3 days of waiting. Utter waste of money. Earlier SINIMA salon had good facials like CRYO facial which had great results which lasted for a month. Better not to waste money!

Replying to the comment: Attaching bill and image of your offer. So as per your offer, i should get 50% off on my bill which was not given, later when talked about it, they gave a 10 % offer. First you talk to your staff before making any public comments. Mr Thomas from your kadavanthara salon is aware of it and he very well knows and acknowledge d that they ll refund money but since on that you day owners were out of station. He told to wait untill you are back. That's what I did.

Worst customer service and fake offers. No basic manners in dealing with customers.
No wonder you are always running offers!

I visited this salon after I received a call from their staff about an offer. I clearly checked the details and the lady rechecked
and confirmed me about it.and when finally visit and do the treatment, when it's time to payment, none of the staff or the owner is aware of it. And when I showed the call and text Message. None of them is aware of it. Talked it to their staff who was saying about some rates and calculations. We calculated as per him and still they owe us money back
He told us sini their owner is out of station, will check with her and refund. Now when checked Sini's husband, Mr: Ranjith is not aware of this offer happening in his salon. You first check with your staff or your MG road salon manager. Now no calculations nothing.i have proof of your message and my bill. Though they advertised 50% off, they had given in my bill only 10 %. I ll get this solved with consumer court. Posting this for the sake of others so that they don't fall for their fake advertisements.

In between many other manipulations where the manager said thera is no offer on this product and I have to pay whole amount of ₹7000, later when checked with the lady who called up and confirmed the order he said yeah there is, we decided to keep it at the last moment and blah blah. However offer or no offers you have to pay 7000/-. So I asked do you mean you have done a service worth 14 K. Terrible terrible people.
No consistency in their statements.

MG road salon is full of trainees too. They have no idea what they are doing.

To the response of your reply, I am addressing other issues as well which is the truth, such shifting of staff causing inconvenience to the customers of that branch. And also there was no question of appointment, the reason calling the said number if a particular staff is available because previously my threading was done horribly and the owner Mrs. Sini was informed as well, I don’t remember the exact date but I think u can check your records for august-September. For whatever services the saloon provides the saloon is full responsibile if the service is not provided as the satisfaction of the customer. It is extremely sad that if you dont understand how important a service such as threading for the customer itself is. So I request you to look at what the customer wants instead of giving bad excuses. The reason for even visiting your saloon today is based on the call made to you, and because of misguidance and assurance that the staff was there and to be exact I was told “ there are 3 staffs today, Ms. Chitra is available, you can come today” even after my concern of the Mishap the last time. Had I not visited your saloon today I could have probably saved my eyebrows and months of growing it!
And also if I have had a bad experience with a staff previously assigned by your team or whoever was available, then it is completely justified to ask for a better/good staff who is more suited for me. But if you are adamant to disregard the needs of the customer and say sorry after a unsatisfactory service, then no use I guess. Please assign staffs who can speak the local Language, not everyone can speak Hindi/ northeastern dialect and for that reason alone I don’t blame the staff even though my exact concerns were voiced and I tried my level best in English how I want it to be done.

Started visiting this salon since August, 2021 and was happy with the services but as time is passing by the quality of the saloon is going down due to constant change in staff between outlets and not properly communicating as to who is available for the service. Unfortunately did my threading here twice and both times had a bad experience. Not a place to visit if you want to regular care from the same beauticians/hairstylists.

In response, I would really request you to keep ur arrogance aside and understand the problem is previously there was mishap and for the same reason I requested for a malayalee staff as the mishap was with the north-eastern staff. I have been a regular under my name and under Client name Mrs. Sandhya, so it’s absolutely disgusting that saloon cannot accept its mistake. Secondly I am not looking for anyones name, I asked for a decent staff who speaks the local language who I can explain better to avoid the previous mishap. So please when a mistake is made from your side accept it. And again will never be visiting your branch and I highly regret even recommending this saloon to my friends after arrogant behaviour from the saloon owners. You run a business which helps with the beauty aspect of your customer, learn to take a feedback! For you as an owner it’s a small thing, but for a customer is a huge thing! Just because you as the owner claim you have the “best” staff doesn’t mean that staff won’t make any mistakes infact I had my haircut done in January from vytilla branch and asked for Thomas as he was previous there and is shifted to MG road showroom and the owner (male) itself said he we do get complaints about Thomas, so it differs from person to person, so even when a customer says the same as the owner regarding the service, learn to accept it, if u record your calls please do check! And I also disagree about shifting and the quality of staff in each department, as a customer the quality in the vytilla branch is going downhill, infact after mine, my sisters and my mothers hair cut one guy was asking if he learn hairstyling (blowdrying) techniques on our hair but fortunately the stylists were good enough not to give it. Again check your cctv. I decided not to complaint earlier, I think it’s about time

Great facial by Ms. Aji. Very relaxing.
One suggestion I would like to give is to have relaxing music for facial sessions in a separate room. The loud music from the general reception is a tad bit noisy to relax!

It was my first time here and the staff and owner (Sini) were very friendly and approachable. Good ambience and hygiene. I went for cysteine treatment on which I'd comment after I see the results for a few months. The procedures were done very carefully and I am expecting the treatment to stay longer. I went to them with a disastrous haircut from another salon which they managed to fix however they could thus saving me some embarrassment. I often see other salons not even informing the clients about the products they use and just apply stuff right away. Something worth mentioning is that the products they use are all stocked up right near the reception area and hence there is transparency between the client and the salon. Overall its a nice place with usual rates and good service. Make sure to get an appointment before you go as they have customers coming and going all the time.

Went there and it was absolutely horrific.the staff there were trainees and destroyed my hair.they literally pulled my hair out! Also, its much more expensive than what they show on their site!

In one-word - they are Customer Centric and good at that! I am very happy with the job they have done. Stephein and Stella were awesome and were very professional in their approach. The owner Mr. Renjith is customer-centric that I saw him connect with all incoming customers. I am definitely going back again.

They are the best. I know that their prices have increased and are a bit expensive.but it's worth every penny. Also if you book them via online you could get some discount as well. Now coming to their work, it's so good. The place has got some top level hygeine. Hair stylists are very friendly and does their job perfectly. They do listen to you needs and makes suggestion of their own from their professional experience. They really takes care of you in the best manner. This is the only salon i prefer to go in kochi these days.

Visited the salon after reading the reviews. I had some inhibitions about the place since I’m visiting there for the first time. But they made me so comfortable & really happy with their service. So next week I thought for my 3 year old kid will try their salon @ kadavantra. So much patience required for kids haircuts. But she was so happy after that and the staff never made her felt that she is in salon. Kudos for Sinima. ️️ Keep the good work.

I have extremely thick, rough, curly, frizzy hair. For years I have been researching on a treatment that will be high on results and low on cost and damage. Finally I came across the Majestic Hair Botox treatment at SINIMA and decided to go for it. I had no recommendation whatsoever from anyone and the decision was purely based on my intuitions. After years of researching I was so concerned as to how it will end. I didnt want straight hair but rather manageable frizz free natural looking hair. With their online booking I got a good discount. I had a very good experience as in the ambience and staff behaviours. Just pure service and no unnecessary talks or promotions. I am happy with the result for the 1st day. I hope it will stay as how I hoped for it to be for the next 4-6 months as expected from Hair Botox Treatments and thats why I rated them 4, just leaving the benefit of doubt but otherwise they gave me a 5 star rated service.

Update: After my 1st hairwash I was surprised to see that exactly half of my hair looked perfect and the other half looked frizzy and curly. Either the salon was at fault or my hair. So I called them and later they offered to do a correction treatment again just for the front section of my hair inorder to avoid awkwardness of my hair. And few days later when I went there, they gave me free hair cut and treatment for the front section too. I hope this will serve the purpose this time.

Iam happy with the way they decided to handle their client in a remedial manner. Thanks SINIMA. Im defintely coming back and hoping to see better results next time.

I did my bridal makeup from here.took air brush makeup.the finishing was good but everyone complained I looked darker than my natural skin tone. Services are good. Even for the wedding day, in 20 minutes after the makeup was applied the make up went off and the concealer which was yellow in colour popped out.

I had came with my Fiance Preeta Nair 2 weeks ago who had done Keratin treatment and bill would have been made in name of her, if it was made. You can search it in your records pls.

Manager just told us the amount and we paid it. He dint shown the bill or dint offered it.
We remembered it next day morning only. So our concern was genuine as we have no clue about bill which should have been given.

Also average rating is because my fiance was not happy with the quality of keratin treatment after 2-3 days and she had even bought 2.5k worth sulfur free shampoo from your shop.

Am a customer who obtained ur service only and not a paid review from your competitor like you are projecting in ur reply.
