Smart Bazaar

I recently went to Smart Bazar, also formerly known as Big Bazar and currently run by Reliance Group. The Kesavadasapuram location of this one-stop shopping mall is unquestionably worthwhile. Clothes are located on the lowest two stories, and groceries are located on the following two floors. I did not go any further, but what I saw left me very impressed.

I was happy to discover a variety of goods, many of which were on sale. Because of the retail center's excellent organization, it is simple to find what you're looking for. The staff is really kind and helpful, which makes shopping a breeze.

Congestion in the elevators was the only drawback I experienced. But this more than made up for it.

Pathetic service.staffs are not bothered about the customers and the floor manager is also not so competent. Losing customers are not a concern for them.

Had great offers for some of the items. On Sundays they changed the offers. And stock were less on sundays. Buy 1 get 1 offers are nearly to their expiry date

It was good once.but now there is not enough staff. And the staff doesn't even know where the things are. Bad experience. Not enough parking space

Compared to big bazaar, this was totally different, very less number of staffs and customers, the shopping experience was not very satisfying

Good super market.
But they don't mention how much is mrp and how much is their discount in the bill

Improved. But still need to improve. Need Proper display of offers Otherwise not able find it easily.

The place provides good discounts. Many items are available. The only thing is that the vegetables are not that fresh. They could improve the presentation.

Bad shopping experience. Such a useless organization. Supermarket at top floor. Security has no clue. Forcing us to buy carry bags when we had brought carrybags. Useless

Especially the "great exchange sale" offerings.
I have given a car full of clothes and a few electronic items for exchange.but what did they give? Plenty of coupons! That's it!
Yeah.we can purchase with that coupon, but how the coupons has to be used is really stupid and worse!
You will get so many 100rs coupons and a few coupons with offer. The worse part is that you need to purchase a minimum of 1000rs to use a single 100rs coupon on a single purchase (what the hell?).
That is, you need to purchase a hell lot of stuffs!
Not only this,
The fashion department on the big bazaar is useless.we will get the same stuffs there in the brand factory, pothys or even in the Ramachandran textiles for an acceptable price tag!
The old charm and pricing of big bazaar has gone.they are not customer friendly now.
Me and my wife went there and put those coupons into the waste basket and left.
Please don't market useless things and waste our precious time and money! Please.

Good to see the old Big Bazaar in its new avatar as Smart Bazaar. The grocery section has moved to the second and third floors. The layout is also very different. Guess, would need some time to settle down and familiarise with the new layout. The prices are comparable to the online prices on Jiomart. Overall, a fresh look but the customer lifts badly need a coat of paint.

Sub par outlet. Products were dusty, you can't feel the freshness and cleanliness you expect from other big bazaar outlets.

Dear All, If you have time to wait hours before the cash counters, please visit else think twice.

IN shops one or two items at discounted price (usually onions, potatoes, tomatoes etc) all others at high prices. Nearly all packed items at MRP.

Very good quality products available. All product range available in this place.good space. Nice construction. Perfect display of products. Also many offers available. New branded dress materials. All home essential items available with good quality at low cost. Also good service.

Very bad at keeping and practicing covid protocol.santizer only placed at entrance.that too low quality.i dont feel any alcohol content on it.only 3 billing counters were open.there was good rush.which make customer wait for billing and which maje crowded.

Best place for anything and everything. Best shopping experience at affordable prices. But if you are looking for organic foods and spices you might be disappointed.stocks of organic items are not found, later i visited this same place during corona time, its totally in pathetic situation.so im posting this new version

Thanks to BB for such an incredible customer support.on behalf of this covid pandemic situation they sanitise their building and those surrounding every 2 hour and make customers to come inside shop after sanitizing and They delivers grocery, medicine, all stationery through GRAB platform those who can't reach to shop

You get everything under the sun there. Easily accessible. Well maintained. Parking space is not sufficient for rush hours.

It does have household maintenance products, which is good.

Based on your advertisements and considering prevailing panda mic situation I have ordered items worth ₹506 on 2.5.21&for₹662.95 on4.5.21.for doorstep delivery, unfortunately the was cancelled from your side even after deducting the amount from my account. On contacting BB, it was said that ₹100/each will be credited to my future pay wallet for cancelled transaction. Till now only ₹ 100/has been credited. Again I have placed an order no. 808784812 on 6.5.21and the item was scheduled for delivery before 4pm.today. The item is not delivered till 6.30pm.prompt reply to this matter is expected

Big bazaar has two branches in pattom and east fort.has wide variety of products that includes home fashion items house equipments, fashion apparels, electronic equipments, kitchen utensils, vegetables snd much more.different offers are also provided.

Plenty of products and good ambience. Felt little messy in the billing counter. Every thing else is good. Thanks for the executives for calling us back to give the discount coupon

Bad experience. Offers are partially announced and when u reach billing counter they say, another rule. Cheating public partially disclosing offers. Dont get cheated. Be careful.
