Smart Hypermarket - Shopping Center Kazhakootam

A very good hypermarket In Kazhakootam. In cleaning solutions and hand washes,  there are several promotions available,  such as the buy 1 get 1 deal. Additionally,  a few things have a nice markdown.

Spacious showroom spread over three floors. Cooperative employees. All under one roof. Thankyou

Excellent service by the staff. Also the products are of good quality and at the best rate. Almost all items are available. Nice experience

Excellent shopping mart in Kazhakutam neighborhood. It's indeed an Hypermarket. Do remeber to check out the first floor.

Pathetic service. They charged my credit card twice by mistake and when I requested for refund, they said they cant return money instead I have to buy something for that cost from their shop. They value the transaction charge over customer satisfaction.

Parking is good. Safety Lockers are available so you can keep any belongings over there.
Staffs are helpful. The hypermarket is actually arranged in such a way that you can find almost everything required over here. Neat and Clean.

Suggestion to Management: It would be good if an express counter can be arranged somewhere for those who take less than 10 or 5 items. So that standing in long queue for billing just 1-2 products can be avoided.

Some items price are little high comparing to other super markets.
Vegetables rates also little high.

They supposedly have a rule against taking one's bag inside and they are quite discriminative about it. The security and the owner let the women take their bah inside while I am always asked to keep it there. I never objected for the sake of being polite but I recently noticed that the security is being biased when he sees young women do the same thing.
Adding to that, the quality of many kitchen appliances and things like blades are very low, eventhough they are priced premium. The hand blade which I bought broke at first use itself.

Wide variety of products available here. All daily use stuff such as grocery, vegetable, toiletries, baby products at one place

A good one. Almost got everything you could expect from a hypermarket. Ready supply, good supply and a dedicated parking space for customers

4 floors packed with day to day supplies ranging from grocery, snacks and dog food to stationary, electricals, cosmetics, toys, infant supplies and household hardware like chairs, sanitary accessories etc.

You can get almost everything here. Lots of products available from so many different brands. Enough parking space. The place has fairly decent offers running almost everyday. That too in the heart of town, easily reachable.

This is one of the best supermarkets around. They have anything and everything. Located at a suitable place, this is the place to visit for a large as well as a regular purchase.

Never buy anything from here, these people are looting customers by charging high prices MRP 190 icecream sold for 189.99 pathetic.you can get much cheaper @ Preethi or Signature.

Good neighborhood supermarket. Friendly staffs. You get most items out here. Rates are near to MRP and not as such a discount store. However everywhere else it's same, so no complaints either. I recommend for your grocery shopping.

They need to bring in alternatives for plastic bags for fruits, vegetables. They are generally improving

Quite a surprise finding that this is such a large store. And products are all recently made. Slightly cramped though

Pricing for some products are high, sometimes feel that I am getting cheated when buying kitchen products appliances plates etc. They have almost all the products but you can check the quality of the products if you do visit other markets.

Its a very good supermarket. Everything is arranged perfectly and the sales persons are very cooperative. Initially i thought its a very small supermarket but on getting inside my perception changed.

Had bad experience today.after my purchase one of the managers came to me just before I was about to start my car.saying that I was billed for 500ml milk instead of 1000ml milk.when I showed him the 500 ml milk as asked him as to how he found that I was billed wrongly.reply-he thought. Customers should not visit places where customers are not trusted.waiting for lulu's to open.

One of the biggest hypermarket in Kazhakootom They got 4 floor with wide variety of products like groceries, vegetables, home appliances, crockery etc. It situated little inside from the nation highway. Parking space is very less like you can park only 4 or 5 cars at a time. Nice service and affordable prices.

Visit S Mart and feel the difference. Best shopping experience. Parking area widened. 4 floors with wide range of products and lift service
