Had a very bad experience when tried to return a defective product with in warranty. While buying the product they where very good to us.but when tried to return the defective product the whole story was different. They are saying if you are not interested you should not buy it and asking to go to service center which is far away for us.

Especially the chief accountant Ashwini mam, she's smart and 100% professional

Got old home appliances exchanged and availed a reasonable discount for purchase on a one to one basis.

Friendly staff and good collections. We exchanged dosa tawa and pressure cooker.

This store is very difficult to find if you are following map directions. We got lost and ended up in some alley. It's on the left side of the road, on the first floor of the same building as Axis Bank (while coming from DLF New Town Heights towards Infopark)

The store was deserted (but for a sales guy) when we visited. Not many collection of items there, but the service was good. Don't expect a lot of discounts during off season.

Overall a good store, with a scope for improvement.

The buying experience was not good. We had to visit the showroom twice as well. Go here only if you have no other choice.
