Last week I visited SMOKE HOUSE. As mentioned by a couple of people above, although the food and atmosphere are very good, it is true that they do not try to give a decent quantity of dishes for the money we pay. See the french fries they gave after charging 130 rupees. I have eaten from many other restaurant many times but here the quantity felt very less. Out of ordering, Peri peri french fries, quarter charcoal chicken and Falooda, only Falooda seemed to be value for money. Service also not that much great. Sometimes we have to search the captain for giving orders even there is no crowd.

Smokehouse Barbeque - situated near S. N. Park, Kannur is a very decent food joint serving mainly smoked, grilled & barbequed items.

The food here was appreciable with apt flavours & was fresh when served. Tried their Afghan Mandi, which was delicious and when paired with mayo & salad gave a new taste.

The service of the staff was on point & very polite. Cleanliness & hygiene was maintained to the details.

The overall atmosphere was average. The place offers very decent parking space just behind its main building & premises.

A restaurant with a nice ambience and decent food. I had their beef steak which was tender and the meat was of a good quality, served with buttery mashed potatoes, slices of garluc bread and boiled and sauted vegitables. The passion fruit mojito was nothing special but was tasty nevertheless. The smoked chicken club sandwich i ordered wasnt what i had expected. Plain cold bread with some chicjen and basic salad. Not upto the mark. But upon enquiring about it, the guy at the counter told that it was a packed evening and they had some issues with the staff. Anyway a decent place to go on weekdays perhaps when the rush is manageable for them

Smokehouse, I usually go here to have Hookah as on the top floor, it's available there in different flavours.
Besides that you can have other drinks and cocktails as well.

Offering really good menu. Well behaved staffs and sufficient seatings.
Beef mandhi, alfaham mandhi and mutton mandhis are must try. Never seen such a juicy meats anywhere in Kannur.
Apart from the mandhis, beef shawarma, steaks and pastas are also decent. They have some really great soups to offer.
Have tried the peri peri burger, spicy and highly recommended.

If you are a tea lover, they have really good white and black teas in the menu.

Since it is opposite SN park, parking is not an issue.

Really poor and slow service

I bought a quater spicy alfam and porotta and i am disappointed in the food. Alfam was very sweet even though i ordered spicy and the size was very small like a piece which is put in biriyani and porotta is very hard and cant even call that a porotta. There was no mayonnaise no no gravy no ketchup. I would eate 1 in 100.

Quantity was very less, doesnt even fill half the box for the price, price was NOT AT all reasonable. Not worth the money.

Good ambience with great tasty food if you are a non veg food enthusiast. Service is also very good.

Food was good, but the service was worst. Me and my family ordered a platter and they took almost 1 hour and 15 minutes for the order to prepare it was really frustrating

Had shawarma (too oily) oil was literally dripping from the shawarma,
shawaya and alfahm was too dry,
overall not at all satisfied with the food

I orderd a mutton mandi.but that was not a mandi rice thats gee rice and mutton piece.waste of money…

I ordered Mexican shawarma, Mex Loaded fries, Mint lime and Grape lime.

The shawarma was expected to be spicy but turned out to be salty instead and oil was drizzling down after the first bite.
Mex loaded fries were not worth the price, plane and small french fries with relish drizzled over with small pieces of pickled jalapenos, 5 small pieces of chicken popcorn and didn't have all the promised contents listed in their menu, would not recommend buying that at all. There are better tasting ones with more quantity available nearby
Both juices were okish, I've had better ones with more quality and quantity.
Overall their menu has gone down compared to when they had launched.

Very bad experience here, we ordered bbq which were over cooked and not having flesh in it, the waiter doesnt know how to take order he suggested a bbq platter cost of 950/-, that was fully wasted. And we ordered beef grilled somethng item which was shaped weired looking and not at all taste any more.

Went to the 1st floor dinning area, was so hot, asked them why the ac was off. The waiter said the ac was not working. As soon as 2 other groups came the switched is on. The food is great but the if this is how the value and treat customers, one star is more than enough.

The food and the ambience of the restaurant is nice and their grilled was very good but sometimes the order takes a lot time to come and the waiters don’t even bother about saying the time the order will take to the customers besides that the food is great
