Very friendly service and tasty food. Struggled a bit with asking non spicy food but getting inedible spicy level.

Worst food we have come across in Munnar Town. We could find stones and dirt in Pepper chicken and Chicken Kadayi which we have ordered. Bill Number: 217722. We request all the customers who seek to have a nice experience, please think twice and I request authorities to take care of this issue as soon as possible.

We were actually bit reluctant to buy food from a tourist destination but the food was really good.

Had visited this place when I visited Munnar in 2013. Was surprised to see nothing has changed since than.not even the color of the walls. Even the food is almost same.

We ordered the below food. The Manchurian had a very weird taste. Should be very careful while eating as some of the pieces has very small bones. You can chip your tooth if you have fragile teeth. Other items are good. Its one of the okaish place we found in Munnar.

Yes, its a shady place but the food served is really good. They serve fresh food and tasty too. They have limited menu but what they serve is the best. Chicken dish is must try. Overall good place for lunch and dinner too

Food was not tasty at all, not fresh ones, only plus point is having a tea outside seating benches with view of corner road and munnar.

Chines Food are not taste good and over priced. South Indian food are good. Delay service. Good atmosphere and clean washroom.

We tried Chicken briyani, Prawns Biriyani and fish biriyani.
* Chicken briyani was kind of oke, but small chicken pieces and the rice quantity was less (160+ Rs).
* The fish in fish biriyani was " neymeen " and there were no taste for it. It's like a piece of fish was put into the biriyani rice. (280 Rs - overpriced).
* Prawns Briyani was there "days special", the price was 300+ and the taste was not worth 150rupees.

** The washing sink was blocked.
** Toilet should be bit more cleaned.
Any way this is a busy restaurant, easily accessible, road side etc.

On main road, highly accessible, wide menu, moderate prices, adequate quantity, nice preparation, great taste, good service, recommend everyone to visit

Tasty food. Breakfast is too yummy. Idiyappam, egg curry, appam and strong coffee are just awesome. For Dinner, biriyani is awesome

The coffee was good enough, the dosa's and the idlies tasted decent (to my friends), the service was quick, and the rest rooms were usable.

They could have used a better replica of 'The Girl with a Pearl Earring' that wasn't laterally inverted. But at least they put up some art, right?

Service was excellent. Their tea is a must try. Dishes are also very tasty. Wish they soon serve Appam and Kadala curry.

Frustrating customer service. The staff doesn't pay heed to your repeat orders. Rating 1 star as negative rating option is not available. Disappointed.

We had breakfast of idiappams and veg curry. Though mostly catering to non vegetarians, the breakfast was very tasty.

Giving it 3 stars as it was an average hotel. Avoid this place if you are planning for chinese food as it will be disastrous. For Indian food like meals and biryani it was good. Don't expect great service and utmost cleanliness. Also you will never get whats there on the menu so again it's frustrating.
Overall an average place but good to go if there are no options left

Good service. Meals were good and tasty. Their Ayala - Mackerel - fry was far better than the ones we get from those highly hyped coastal restaurants.
Parking might be a problem.

The place is good. The food is also affordable and taste is also good. We had non-veg food here. The services are also good. The place is clean and hygenic. We ordered Chicken biryani and chicken fry and roti. The biryani was good but the chicken fry was not that much good. But overall I did like the place and food.

Staff behaviour was good but food is not worth the money.especially masala dosa.the worst ever.

Pretty Good Option for lunch (Kerala Meals). Bet you can't find another Restaurant for Kerla meals.

Ok place to eat. Not a must eat place. If you going through and not much option you can have it here.reason it's expensive. We got 330 bill amount for not that great food. Management and staff need to improve on customer focus.

Worst food, too costly. They served a old preprocessed chicken in chilli chicken that we returned.

It's a very local restaurant with a huge variety of food. We had two noodles, a veg curry, 3 chapatis, and 3 teas and it came under rs. 500. They sell ice cream too. The staff are attentive and service is smooth. Would recommend to stop here for good food. There is a nice sovenier shop next door too with good items:)

Exactly in the town area of munnar. Food was comparatively good and available at reasonable rate (we have to consider its a tourist place). Staffs were all having helping mentality and giving good service too. The only downside is that the restaurant is always in rush, so we have to wait a little to get a seat.

We ate here today and there was a large selection to choose from. It's reasonably priced - 3 of us ate a dish & drink each and it came under £5. The food was nice and staff were attentive.

This is a place where you can experience the local food at a budget price. You will definitely enjoy the food here hence it’s so busy here as well. There is a parking place but due to heavy rush sometimes it can become a bit difficult to park. The service is just like on any local restaurant. Should check it out to enjoy local meals at a budgeted price.

One of affordable hotels in Munnar. Food taste was really good. Service is not so great. Value for money is the key. Be it breakfast, lunch (fish curry meals) or dinner in traditional Kerala flavours it keeps at par with any other restaurants.
