Snow Line Resort, Munnar

Its a very beautiful resort with best view rooms we enjoyed the location stay and food is very delicious.

A perfect place to stay with family and friends. Rooms are neat and clean, staff very friendly…and veg food is osam…

I had gone to Munnar with my daughter in the month of May. The hotel manager and staff were very co-operative throughout our stay and the stay was excellent with awesome hospitality service. The stay was very good with beautiful mountain view. A refreshing experience. The driver (Mr. Subair) provided to us by snow line resort, was an extremely nice person who went out of the way to show us each and every beautiful location at Munnar. He made us feel very safe while travelling and we enjoyed the drive thoroughly. Our stay in munnar was safe, enjoyable and excellent

Fabulous rooms with perfect view of the vally. A bit away from the Munnar town but that's also a plus point.

Had an excellent stay at this place. The rooms were clean and spacious with a balcony having stunning views. This place is a little away from the main Munnar market and hence very peaceful. The food and service was really great as well. Absolutely recommend this place.

This resort was very nice and comfortable. You will get all basic needs.like hot water, clean rooms with amazing valley view. Food is also very good. We stayed for 2 nights and care taker is amazing. They are very quick and help as much as they can. I liked the resort very much. Also it's available in very reasonable price.

Hotel seems to a normal standard hotel which everyone can afford, in a location which is almost 10 km from munnar. The best thing with the hotel is mainly the staff, there attitude is something which I will always cherish. Especially the manager Sanal, his character and attitude towards the customers are exceptional. And regarding the food, they serve good food. And this is in the munnar highway only in the main road which makes it more accessible.

Awesome rooms and services
I booked room in oyo app and when i get there the booked one was not available and they provided higher catagory room
That was an impressive move by the staffs
And in that room the bathroom was an amazing one with huge space
It was rainy when i stayed there and the climate was awesome and outings was less due to the rain
Breakfast is in their dining hall and it was really nice different foods were available and mamy families were there during my stay
Overall stay was really nice

> Food: During the stay, we had dinner from here, its horrible. Most of the items in their limited menu was not available at that time. Preparation time was so long and room service laso delayed alot.

> As you know Munnar having cool climate, so its minimum commonsense to have tea bag and kettle in the rooms itself, but its not provided. Their room service will start only at 7: 30AM. We order tea at 7: 20 and received at 8: 15 AM.

If you are planning for economic stay and planning to have food from outside then its fine.

This hotel is absolutely worthy if you prefer hill view. Behaviour of all the staffs are so good and food quality is amazing and healthy breakfast they had as complimentary…And it is next to Kalarikshethra. If I travel again in Munnar this hotel will be my first choice again.

03 May 2022: Everything was good except the food and the amount you pay for this location and hotel. There are better hotels available at same price and with excellent services. Try to check trivers resort, it's amazing and just 1 km away from this hotel. Yes its a hotel not a resort. Hope this helps.

Amazing hospitality, helpful manager and great view from room. Breakfast menu can be improved. More items can be added especially when charging 4k+ rs during peak season.

Nasty place elevators are not working. Not recommended for anyone.
No hot water on top floor. Our whole family had to take shower with cold water. Staff tried to help but still no use. If any one cannot handle cold water with low temperature I won't recommend this place

Its a very good resort, especially the staff there is very helpful and very well behaved. There is a good view from the room. But the washroom is little scary, my felt. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is situated near to Anachal town. This property is having good rooms with neat bathrooms. The rooms are having balcony views. The staff is very polite and helpful.

A very good hotel and very good views from balcony, but still need to work on food quality, breakfast is good.

Our room was 202. Apart from No AC, faulty geyser, lizard, grasshoppers, insects through slit on wall inside room and poor management everything else was perfect.

Hotel is in best location.i stayed there for 3 night from 1st dec.to 3rd Dec. 10km from munnar but view from balcony is superb. Staff is very good, cooperative. Breakfast is too good.rooms are clean. Excellent hotel

I am from Nemmara, Palakkad district. Truly pleasant stay at the resort. On seeing the ambience of the resort, I wished to extend my stay but my commitments did not permit. We were two families of 6-7 adults and two children. Other enticing factor is the restaurant 'The Chillies' which serves north indian food apart from south indian cousines. They served awesome food. The preparation was truly amazing and the members of our group really loved the north indian delicacies served by the restaurant. It is a highly recommendable resort for all as it will be a "within budget" venue for the middle/low income group people. Kudos to team 'snow line'.

Very good hotel to stay, very hygienic bathrooms, room size is very big, excellent view from the balcony, limited food options but you will get very tasty food

Last month Feb 3rd week we stayed in this resorts, amazing view with friendly helpful staff & lovely honey moon suits, we enjoyed alot, the balcony view is awesome, but the small problems faced about hot water & food, (gas hot water facility is not working properly) otherthan that wonderful sweet memories we had with this beautiful resorts.

Staffs are very limited and hence cannot deliver in time.location is also not good. I would not recommend this to anyone

These hotel is not reserve for any star i will give them -0 Rating very bad behavior used with customers even we have done one booking via Goibibo. Check in is today and for some family reason we did not visit there.i had request if you people taking our 8000/- amount with giving service its okay but you can shifit booking in feb month. But people said we are not do anything even Goibibo sent them Full money. So i request to all please dont go ahead with these people very rude staff behavior. Specially via Manager.
