Rooms don't deserve the price. Foods are quite costly. Location is far away. Only plus factor is presence of peacock roaming in the property.

I visited this hotel with my mother over 3 days in July 2023 and we were overall quite unhappy with the experience. I had called them before making the booking and was told that the "Standard" room had partial sea views and the "Deluxe" room had unobstructed sea views, so I went for the latter. However, the views were still poor and partial. Also, the rooms are nothing like the website photos and the staff was very casual about the fact that their website is filled with old photos and "this is just how it is. " Our bathroom doors were jammed and wouldn't lock, and the "shampoo" was in a small, no-label, sticky little container that could be easily mistaken for a medicinal bottle. When I mentioned I will need to put in a review, we were immediately cajoled and offered a deluxe cottage. "Housekeeping" was on leave for our first day at the hotel, and we made 5 calls for basic things like napkins, towels, menus.

Where the hotel wins in its location and proximity to beaches, it loses out in the unprofessional and casual nature of its staff. During our 3 days alone, we saw at least 2 other families get into loud arguments with the hotel reception about their experience.

Very bad experience with the booking - charged my overseas card although at the time of booking it was made clear payment was to be made at the time of check in. Room was smelling of phenol, had to ventilate all afternoon before we could sleep in. Restaurant was good though.

We stayed there twice in the month of April and May in deluxe room. The room was spacious enough. The breakfast spread was good. Had a pleasant stay.

The employees are very nice but the rooms and hotel doesn’t look like on the Fotos. Everything is older.

The location of this resort is great just near the Lighthouse. The room of the resort looks a bit old but they were properly managed. The service was excellent. You can also go near the sea from the resort.

Main problem is that vegetarians and non vegetarian section is same not depart both section.

We have had a very disappointing experience. The photos seen in the website is not exactly the same in realty. The private beach is not accessible, swimming pool is accessible only till 6 pm, restaurant food is very expensive and the attitude of the restaurant staff was not really friendly. The amount of Rs. 7K towards 2 rooms were collected in advance only in cash (due to tax problems!). We were also promised late check in, however when we arrived there all such promises were withdrawn. The amount we spent there was not really worth and we hence don't recommend this one to our friends.

This resort is near Kovalam beach and lighthouse, sea view from balcony is really great. Also have swimming pool, restaurant, private beach, massage and Ayurveda center. Room service is good, food is costly.

Cottage is like bhutiya.very very old property. There is no fan in room. Only ac.sugar and tea pouch is 12 month old in room.lizard in the cattle.many more things for below 1 star rating. That I can explain. Breakfast is cold.no cup for tea and coffee. Paper glass. Very poor quality.i think below 1 star rating

Staff's are well behaved but we feel negetive energy in our Rooms, cottage gives you very scarry vibes.swimming pool is very good

Over all ok place. Rooms are just basic and simple amenities. Lizard may come inside. Food also just ok.

Very good location, nice views of the ocean from the property. Property itself is quite huge, well maintained, with a lot of green cover. Staff is very friendly, give you a lot of suggestions in terms of places to visit. Although we reached the property after the restaurant was closed, the staff still obliged to provide us bread butter jam and coffee, so have to appreciate their hospitality. Rooms are of good size, well maintained, with a balcony that provides good views. There is a path from the resort which leads you to the beach, which gives you a feel of private beach. Breakfast wasn't great the next morning, so they could improve on that. The pool is not that big, given the number of guests the resort can accommodate and the chlorine levels were on a higher side, but having a pool is a plus point. Overall it's value for money and would definitely recommend.

Very bad experience. The door dose have proper locking WiFi Not working properly. Alo pls not that the property is very old. And the beech not privet. Not worth for the money.

Please don't book this hotel if you plan to book for honeymoon cottage. No fan, Repaired AC, Bad smell, totally waste. It's from my own experience.

Very bad faclities and not at all clean very unhygenic and flies are all over the food and the bathrooms are very dirty beds are really wet and cant sleep on it and oil all over the floor, overall very bad experince and not recommended to anyone at all.dont stay even if it is given free of cost

Good service but poorly maintained property. The location is really nice. They have a private beach too. It is at a walking distance from the lighthouse.

Every thing is good about this property, just that they need better pest control as there are a lot of mosquitos and bugs, centipedes etc.in the property. These creatures also crawl into the rooms making the stay terrible.

Hated this place. If there is no stars to be given I will surely choose that. The only thing we liked there was the balcony view. The service given by them was pathetic. The attitude of the staff is very poor. Cleanliness is out of their box. Morning times the restaurant was with full of house flies. Only after asking twice we got the room service atlast. Food given at the restaurant was not bad. Their rooms were not properly maintained. There was leakages. Anyhow if somebody is about to go there please don't choose this one.

It is a good decent hotel with its own private beach access, which is the highlight for his hotel. The staff is helpful and curious. The rooms are clean but the washrooms can improve. The food is good here and so is the service.

Room was clean with basic necessities ready, except no hair dryer. The shower curtain smelled like unwashed rags. The AC and the shower’s hot water system makes an awfully loud noise which distracted me from sleeping the first night. The hot water was not consistent and was only hot for the first few minutes only. The shower’s water pressure was very weak so I just used the running water from tap to the wash up.yoga lessons were great. Ayurveda was not what I had hoped for it to be. The oil took forever to come off (since no hot water!). I’ve had better massages in my life. I was expecting more consultations before getting the treatment done but there wasn’t any. The women that did the treatment for me were chatting to each other the entire time, which ruined it for me and I didn’t feel relaxed. The restaurant serves good food. However beware of the ladies room there. I got locked up in there for a good 10 minutes because the door’s lock got stuck. I hope they fix this very soon since I can only imagine how terrifying it could be for young children to get stuck in there.
