My daughter admitted in this hospital for fever and upper Respiratory symptoms Dr Gopakumar and DrArjun. The ward is absolutely devoid of any sound. The silence is broken by the approaching footsteps of a doctors and nurses by the words of sympathy that they offer. Dr Arjun si a great doctor he is very understanding and listens to our concerns. He explained me everything in detail about the problem of a patient. Front office staff also gentle in their behaviour. Thank you for all staffs and doctors in this hospital.

Hospital service have to improve, no token indicator in ortho section, so patient dont know whether his token is ready or not, some more arrangements have to take for minimizinh the crowd, we have to wait hours for consulting the doctor, but no doubt best hospital for ortho

Treatment in SP Fort hospital under Dr. Harikumar. My father was admitted here due to an accident case and got treatment under Dr. Harikumar. G. He was an excellent orthopaedic surgeon with utmost care to his patients.

My father was admitted for an accideny case. PP nayar sir is treated. He is an excellent doctor. Whocares the patient with utmost sincerity. Supporting staffs and nurse are ececellet thet care very well overall very good hospital

My auntie was admitted for a surgery by Dr. Asokh Thomas. Surgical procedure had been carried out with utmost care and responsibly. The junior doctor also helped allot at the time of surgery and after the treatment. The staff and nurses were very friendly and supportive though out our treatment.
Overall, it was a good hospital but the room were we stayed is bit outdated and there isn't much parking space available for long term stays. You can park only from 7a.m to 7 p.m. Despite not having enough space in the hospital canteen, the food was satisfactory. On the whole, we were satisfied with our stay here.

With gods grace I had Dr. Vijayakumar in OT we didn’t had a appointment but he allow us to see him and he approved for the plastic surgery. We saw him at 4.00pm and surgery was around 4.30pm to 4.45pm there was no delays it all went so quick from admitting to surgery because of the team in OT and hospital I got my tissue grafting (plastic surgery) done so fast and it’s all good now. I appreciate all your efforts and Thankyou Dr Vijayakumar sir and hospital team.

Last month I went this hospital for my mother's knee crack. They told to do a surgery and it cost about 1.5 lakh without medicine. Including medicine and other it might go up to 2.5 lakhs. Then I moved her to Neyyar medicity and done the same surgey. The total amount cost was 70,000 including even the canteen food. Dont knw why these people charge such a huge amount. They also mention only surgey amount.

Ridiculous behaviour and no professionalism from a senior doctor, went to the emergency section after registering in the reception, with symptoms of throat sore and fever. He was not even properly asking anything, just telling me to go and see an ENT specialist. I told him that's fine but do I need to pay extra, he said yes, maybe 100 or 200. Okay, I again went back to the reception and changed it to ENT. I felt very rude, I usually visit this place and have gotten good customer service before. And I really felt bad about this senior doctor's behaviour. We are not going there for free service but paying approximately 400 ₹for the ENT consultation. Anyhow the ENT doctor Aruna Das was very helpful with the consultation, briefed me regarding the medical conditions and advised me with medicines. Thanks to Dr Aruna Das.

We are from kollam and choose sp fort hospital trivandrum only because of the best care and treatment available here.we came here for my aunt's surgery when she met an accident. Here doctor Vikraman, ortho specialist had done her surgery and we are very thankful for him. He is an excellent doctor who cares the patients with utmost care and sincerity and do comforts bystanders also. Not only doctors but also nurses, other staffs are also very supportive.we feel very comfortable with SP Fort hospital

Dr Ajith Kumar s, He is one of the worst doctor I have ever met, Very rude in nature and he was denying information, If anyone wants to do their DGCA medicals pls don’t visit him, In fact spend some extra money and go to Kochi and do your medicals, pls pls don’t visit this guy.

Appreciate the consult and the care provided by the staff and the doctors. Dr. Deepa was very polite and gave us in depth analysis of the problem and has given us her utmost care.

We are very satisfied with the doctors in SP fort hospital, especially Dr. Shibu, Dr. Dileep, Dr. Rajesh. We surely recommend patients to S P fort hospital. Thank you all for the valuable service. But the reception staff, administration staff and public relation officers (non clinical) are very rude and we have to suffer a lot from their side. But doctors and nurses are very good.

PP Nayar Sir (senior surgeon) excellent srevice and patient friendly. Iam satisfied with the hospital facilities and the staff.

Not at all satisfied with the frontline staff. Had to readmit the patient the very next day after discharge date. But all are very keen about bills and little attention is given to the patient. They even listen to the bystander only after the bill is paid. Also they asked the bystander to show the bill of just Rs. 300/- for antigen test. If they are not able to produce the bill at that moment, they will not be available for taking the test.it is such a bad experience, that I have to rate negatively whereas I rated 5 star at the date of discharge, which I changed now.

Booked vaccine slot for vaccination in cowin but the management is telling they is no such vaccination camp it the hospital. Staff behaviour is so rude.

Please don't schedule your online covid vaccination with SP Fort hospital. They don't have a proper token system (as of 3rd July 2021). We will be made to stand in an improper queue, and it was worse than the beverages outlet queue. Because they don't have a proper place to arrange seating for visitors and they have rented NSS Hall nearby, the queue goes on and on in the main road where the traffic passes by.
We asked why there was not a proper token system and all other famous private hospitals have ensured proper arrangements to maintain social distancing. The representative at front office asked me to complain to police and told us it is not their duty. That was such an irresponsible answer. I missed to take a snap of the long queue and the crowd rushing over one another to get the token after one hour when police arrived and scolded them. This happened on 3rd July 2021 around 3pm.

So happy with the treatment of Dr kishor. He was so friendly and explained all the details about my problems. From my experience, I realized that Dr Kishor is the best dental and maxillofacial surgen I have ever seen.

Admitted my spouse for knee surgery and have consulted Dr Harikumar for the same. It was an excellent service from all the hospital staffs of all departments except insurance. They could have been more polite and friendly.

The way the hospital staff s behaved was really bad and they should consider that they are dealing with the patient. The one who took the vaccine was dealing with us in a good way. They dont even deserve a star for their service. Health care people should be more kind

Doctor are very good and experienced. But wait time is high. Appointment took on morning 10am, and has to wait till 11.30am - 12.00pm to see the doctor. OP is so crowded. First time visit for my mom and felt terrible.

If you people solve the space constraints and maintain proper consultation timing without long wait queue, you will be the best

I called spfort hospital (phn number 2450540 18/1/2020 4.54 pm) to enquire about to see if any ortho doctors are available. But the response from the lady who picked up the call was very disappointing she don't had the patience to listen what I'm asking and before completing my queries she disconnected the call.

Very very Bad experience From the Nursing Staffs while Admitted there for a fractured leg, While Dr cheriyan is a Nice friendly Person. I Do Never Recommend any of my friends to state any Admission for medical check-up due to disheartening and Vulgar care from Nursing Staffs there

Very pathetic service of the insurance division in the hospital has not submitted my pre auth of claim

Doctors are top class and even the nursing station and the care provided by the nurse. The main disadvantage is the front office appointment section. Why can't they maintain a token system to organize the appointments.no Phone appointments and appointments will only be given if the patient is waiting in the lobby.i dint understand the concept of patient being waiting in to get the appointment.
Team kindly work on the token system for appointment which is very much needed for a top class hospital n major city like Trivandrum.

Commenting as a Visitor. There is zero parking for patients and visitors. The area is too crowded and cannot park on road side too. The entrance area is fully fussy like a fish market. We need to stand in steps at operation theatre at second floor. There is no place to stand except stair landing.

They won't attend phone calls for op booking n they less care about patients.since there r plenty of patients

Dr. Cheriyan Thomas and his team is best in Kerala for Ortho treatment. I had a compound fracture in the thigh bone years ago and was taken directly to the Govt. Medical College, were the treatment was bad and they plastered my bones wothout properly fixing the fracture and it was left to heal to a terrible state. So a private X-ray firm advised us about the SP Fort Hospital and it was the best decision we took ever. Dr. Cheriyan Thomas, Dr. Sanjeev and team treated me to the best possible way by adjusting the bone length in accordance to my unharmed leg and they made me walk like any normal person. Thankyou the whole team of SP Fort Ortho and God almighty for saving me.

No doubt regarding the fact that it's one of the best hospitals in kerala for accident cases. The doctors here are highly qualified and the whole treatment and experience is class leading. One can be assured that they will benefit from the world class treatment offered and will get value for every single penny spent as part of the treatment. The downside is that the treatment is very costly and the parking space is limited in the hospital and there is a lot of congestion (lack of proper spacing). Other than the above mentioned pitfalls the hospital is a reliable source for health care.

The hospital is a total chaos especially on some weekdays. People on the structure and wheel chairs have to wait in the parking area for their turn. Totally unprofessional hospital with congested outpatient rooms. Been there for some days for the treatment of close relative. For blood transplant the bystander have to wander in different hospitals for bloods. The hospital have no responsibility. The attitude of the staffs was very unpleasing.

Hospital located in pazhavangadi near to govt health centre this hospital is famous for bone related issues

Very bad experience.full of arrogance reception staff. Specifically phone operators. The behavior of those who ask for Dharma. Unnecessary rush. When there are many other options within 5 km, why go here? Only one cheriyan thomas name.

Its one of the most famous hospitals in kerala for orthopedics. The hospital compromises of good and talented doctors which have good years of practical experience. The hospital is well maintained and the staffs are wel behaved and polite. The hospital is usually crowded almost all the time during the day because of the high inflow of patients. Besides all these the treatment is very good.

You have a great team of doctors and staff. That being said I would like to point out that you guys could do better in management. I booked for evening op and had to wait more than 4 hours for consultation. I do know that patient care take utmost attention and time. I really hope you guys can do something about this.

SP fort was a disaster for me. Very unfriendly and unprofessional nurses. If u are a son or daughter of Bill gates you could afford the price but don't except that quality of service. They say they keep British standards in this hospital that was a terrible lie. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

Below mentioned details are based on my own experience-If u want an Orthopaedic consultation and have any med claim facilty then only u can approach this hosp. Otherwise dont go there. Compare to other hosp the charges are very expensive. Many hidden charges are there. Doctors and nursing staffs are ok.administration staffs show their attitude.dont ask them for a detailed bill or any bill related quiries. They get angry. They will not clarify your doubt or anythng except money. No parking area available.

A great hospital in Kerala with bunches of most efficient doctors and nursing staffs for ortho & spine related issues. The hospital has lots limitations like space, non availability of parking etc.even though they manages their maximum to overcome this things and give best experience to each and every visitor in their premises for anything. I hope they working and soon they deliver some of the solutions to overcome their limitation in a positive angle. Anyways I wish and pray to god no one get a chance to visit this hospital but if it happens i am sure they do the best. I like to add that, approach and behavior of non medical staffs in the hospital also have to improve like other medical staffs.

Unless you are dying please dont go here.i showed up here at midnight cause i had buzzing pain from a lump in my head and on the back of my neck.
The doctor aint even look at it or touch it.she was like. "eh whatever". She just gave me a drip.cause she had to do something.
And told me it wasnt anything serious.without running tests.or looking at it.they charged me about nearly 800 bucks.for a drip.you could atleast fake tests to make me feel better.
I hope the concerned reads this.it would be nice if you could improve the treatments.or you ll lose patients.
