All KERALITE are cheaters, they are frauds dont go with paid comments.they cheated me on 15000 rs medicines.its been a 3 months now.they are not recieving my calls after payment.when i called from different number, as they identified me they cut my call immediately and not picking up again. I make a complaint on them in consumer forum but its india here nothing is happen.

IT IS WORST SHOP AND SERVICES. THEY FRAUD ME WITH MY 8000 RS. ITS BEEN A MONTH BUT NEITHER HE REFUND NOR THEY SEND THE MEDICINES. AND NOW THEY ARE NOT PICKING OUR CALLS AND REPLYING MY MESSAGES.

Its a feel good peace, you can explore many spice plantation and ayurvedic trees. They will usually provide u a guide who will explain about all the plants and it's used in ayurvedam and a Jeep drive to a waterfall. It's a Worthful place.

Excellent place for Ayurvedic medicine, chocolates, spices.we can get the best quality spices, chocolate and a lots of perfumes here and chocolate factory is owsm. Medicines are highly effective. Tq Spice County.

The guide in their place was awesome. He explained lot. Now we areare try some medicines. Let us see the results in future. I will update the results.

A great collection of natural organic spices, homemade chocolate and natural perfumes oil.and ayurveda medicines

During a tour visit to Munnar I happened to shop in spice county. The shop was very good with lot of products and spices. I found people working there has knowledge and suggest oil medications for few ailments. I happened to buy few items such as alovera gel, red sandal powder, rose water. I was impressed very much with the quality of the products. It is really appreciatiable.

Too expensive and I'm not sure about the products as I haven't tried them yet. You can buy the same product for cheap outside and they have very good marketing strategies so be careful with what you buy. Don't waste your money

Costly, highly priced mid quality products, for the travellers while in their stopover. Toilet do not have lights. Childcare not thought off.
More than original spices and Kerala sarees, other inland imported stuffs.

Nice spice garden, knowledgeable guides but way too pushy for their commission when it's time to go in the shop. Offended my friend by calling her obese and trying to sell remedy pills.

Its a good plave to buy spices and perfumes also chocolate but i feel bit costly. I guess they have better quality products.

Money minded. Costly items. Nothing much to get admired.
Ignore them if local Auto/Taxi people voluntarily ask you to visit there (Hope you understand why)

Business oriented but came to know about more ayurvedic medicines. Charging is too much for that or entry fee can be minimal. Our guide Robert is too good in explaining all medicinal values were good.

Everything is very costly.

But the guides who explain the medicinal benefits of the plants they have are very knowledgeable.

If you take a tour, good knowledge will be provided about various Medicinal plants. They also tell about live chocolate factory, where no live tour will be provided. Only normal information how chocolate is made will be told. Also chocolate are sold at a very high price.

Really. They are following a great marketing strategy.just pay 100 rs to visit their place and know various hebal plants and products they had. Which indirectly make you an impression like " Buy the product.yaaarr ". Sorry i had no idea about the result of products even i had purchased products worth 5000rs.

The quality is good but the prices are too high considering the remote location and the guide just covers the type of plants and not the working of their factory.

A complete sham! Was recommended by our driver but it's more of a marketing tactic. Dont get fooled by the ayurvedic medicines and chocholate factory.

Along with the nice natural view, this place gave us a lot of information regarding the medical use of many plants and trees, the guide was very humble and was not in hurry, what’s normal with guide. (the herbs and medicine, which we saw during our walk, were also available in the shop). The shop items may feel you extra charged and it’s up to you to purchase or not. It’s good if you go there with pen and paper and write these information, though you can do this with mobile also like me. It’s on road so easily visible from.

Charges Rs 100 per person for the tour where guide will talk about a medicinal properties of plant and how they are using it in their products.basically you pay 100 rs to listen to the sales man.

Good one but not to buy anything from there its too expensive n the tour guides pressurised you to buy there products.

The tour to show spices on their garden was quite short, but still okay.
The spices and chocolates were highly over priced. Chocolate factory was just a machine that churns out cocoa and other ingredients into chocolate nothing fancy.

Good experience. Knowledge tour guides/sales folks. Beware they have herbal remedies for almost any illness so you are very likely to give it a try and will likely end up buying a ton of herbal stuff. We came out with a bag full of stuff for the whole extended family.

It's all scam
Travel guides take you there and will show plants and those that every people have issues
Like hairfall pain bp sugar
And sell fake medicines that are too costly
Avoid it don't trust local travel guides and these fake store
They claim it's govt store
But it's private and govt approved
