Spice Garden Farm House

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was wonderful stay in such a calm and peaceful 15 acres farm with many plantations and water flow in side farm. Mr. Santosh and his wife made our stay memorable. His wife cooks very well and loved the food. Room is so clean and has a very good sit-out area. One who loves to stay in nature, I would recommend it.

Excellent room with excellent location, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the family. Would definetely recommend this farm stay to everybody! Thank you again for your nice family.

Very nice location and neat rooms. Good Food, Beautiful balcony. Small stream to play with kids, small tree house type sitting for relaxation.

It was pleasant staying at SGFH as Mr. Santosh and his family were so humble and made felt us like family the way they hosted and treated us during our stay. It was not just stay but second home. We loved and njoyed the food they prepared for us in breakfast and dinner authentic of kerela style. Fully recommended for all age groups, families, teens, couples.

Having found the address in the net, without having any idea, our holidays were programmed, once having arrived at the home stay we found that we were being treated as one among the family giving us the temptation to visit this place quiet often. Mr. Kumar and his family members were very cordial, helpful and accommodative. We should be suggesting this homestay to all our friends.

The place is located in a village called Koleri, Irulam which is 12km from sulthan bathery, it is such a wonderful place where you can enjoy the greenic atmosphere very much and there is a small stream were kids can play. The owner is very sweet his name is santhosh and he can arrange things there and we have grocery, veggies, spices shop nearby

Kitchen is also available there where you can cook or they will prepare for you with minimal price. Overall it was fantastic experience.

It’s a great space to stay. It was the best experience staying in a homestay. Location is very nice and very safe, especially for family. This place is very well maintained. Upon arrival I got warmly welcomed by the family. Rooms were spacious and neat.

The place is situated amid greenery and gives a very nice peaceful vibe. The rooms are clean, food is home-made and authentic, owner has good knowledge on the surroundings and gave some useful suggestions for tourist places. Icing on the cake is, it is super budget friendly too. Only thing we need to take care was arranging a cab beforehand to reach the place, owner has helped us arrange it. Overall its worth every penny we paid for, didn't regret that we chose Spice Garden Farm House for our much needed break from this hectic life.

Well maintained rooms in a quiet and peaceful place called Koleri, which is 20 mins from main Sulthan Batheri town. Santhosh and his wife made our stay very comfortable. One of the rooms has a kitchen with a gas stove which is quite convenient for families. The same room has a connecting room as well to accommodate larger families. Santhosh wife cooks some delicious traditional keralite dishes. A homestay in its truest sense!
