Very highly priced property. Tv without sound, we should ask for toiletries. Water jug without water. 3 star priced property with lodge facilities.

Bad experience.poor coustomer service.even they don't provide 2 towels.the given one is dirty.one benifit is hot water avalibility.they don't provide even blankets too.dirty old foul smelling rooms and bathroom.i will not recommend

Facilities are very good, but wrost parking space. And congested & busy roads to reach auditorium. This makes a large difficulty for the people who reach for any functions.

Place where there is no proper maintanance. Could see people slipping down at the water logged dininghall in between meals.

This is an extremely basic hotel (more of a lodge). It serves the basic needs to keep your luggage secured and sleep at night and refresh. There is no associated restaurant but some outside restaurants are within a 5 minutes walk. There are no other amenities available. AC rooms tend to be a bit costlier when compared to price of similar Oyo rooms hotels with better amenities. Down town is in 5mins walking distance. Two auditoriums and the famous thirunakkara Temple and city bus stand are about 5 mins walk so it tends to be a good location. The hotel serves more of a stay location for the people attending functions at associated auditorium so you might find it fully booked even on non-busy days

Indraprastham Auditoriam is located at Sreenivasa Iyar Road at Thirunakkara area, Kottayam. The auditorium has all required facilities to conduct marriage functions, meetings etc. Also the building has sufficient vehicle parking space in front.

Hall is big. But front parking space is too small to accommodate even 6-7 cars. Dining hall is also small; so there will be big rush in marriage functions

I don't know it but from outside view it's like a tourist spot to stay or to arrange some events.

Pathetic hospitality. Dirty and ugly room with fan regulator not working, bathroom exhaust not working.
Person at the reception doesn't know how to treat customer. For an extra bed, when asked for extra towel the guy refused to give and said giving 2 towels itself is big thing. Even the given towels are so old and can't be used. Not worth of paying Rs 950 and no room service. They don't take card pay, though signage board says all cards are accepted.
Hot water is only available during morning and need to remind them.
