They denied the booking when done through oyo and said we were too late in booking through oyo. And we were forced to take the room at their own manipulated rates without any bill since it was almost midnight and we had no other options.

Very Very worst service ever I saw the room not clean and the TV was not working n also the towels n bed sheet was not clean but the price high also not reduced the price and did not accept the complaint even though we have straight shown the issues only one reason to stay is near to the temple

Pros: it’s very cheap around 400
Cons: reception staff not give proper respect and behaviour bad to customers. Showing attitude just asking room key.
- bathrooms are not clean & very slippery (my wife fall down two times)
- fans are not working properly
- they are not arrange bed properly, we need to ask helpers for bed sheets. Then they provide
- got lot of gifts from mosquitoes

Before booking I know we don’t want to expect luxury. But atlest give respect sir we are also human we are also customers.

Other pros:
- good parking
- Walkable distance to temple
- Good hotels near by

Rooms are not photo the standard. Water leakage from the sink. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean.

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets and blanket dirty. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night. Service was very bad. Three rooms booked early and paid through online but they forced us to pay 12% Tax additional once we reached in hotel. Overall a horrible experience. For family not recommending.

They are not supported if we book through Oyo. Charge from Oyo booking was 300/day but they demanded 800/day and we don't have other options in midnight so we accept it. Not for family and itnly for bachelors so that you can't sleep well.

The advt provided on their website is utterly fake. It's just for attracting customers. The only reason why we opted this place was It's affordable price and amenities. We travelled a lot to get there and when we got there their price was different from what we were asked to pay on the website. They asked to pay more and complained OYO for the inconvenience caused. The did not provide an AC room though we got offered for the same at this price. The pictures and the amenities they show on the advt are just to attract people to this tourist home.

Hotel is located at walkable distance to Chottanikkara temple. There's enough parking space available. And they do accept card payments. There's a good veg restaurant nearby also. And the North Indian manager and room boy were friendly and understands Malayalam as well.

Pictures of rooms shown in OYO are not true. So don't go there with hope (like we did).
We opted (not through OYO, but directly) for the A/C dual bed room to accommodate four of us (family) and they charged Rs. 1600 (Rs. 100 refundable). The room was sufficient for us. But the problems are: bedsheet and pillow covers were not neat. Found stains in it. When reported to the room boy, he brought new pillow covers.

Blower valve of A/C was not opening correctly. So the air flow was focusing towards the bottom of the A/C. When reported to the room boy, he said it would get cooled very soon and not to worry. And saw one cockroach crawling out of the A/C blower vent and went back inside "chilling". Since it was minding it's own business (whatever it is), we didn't bothered to inform the room boy. The TV was not working properly and the room boy took a lot of time to get it fixed.

The bathroom could have been made better. There was no soap or drinking water provided by default. Didn't cared to ask them as we already bought those from an outside shop earlier.

They do have elevator which can accommodate 3 people max and that was a relief as our room was located at second floor.

Overall the stay was good, but they could improve many things. Best wishes.

Room is very poor and rooms pics are all fake. The shown pics of room has nothing to do with current situation of the room

Nice hotel.very near to temple amd aurroundwd by good vegetarian hotel. Bus stand is near by, Vytill hub buses are available from bus stop.

The worst OYO I have ever been to. The facility is worse. It’s like a bachelors lodge. If you are travelling with family please don’t book this OYO. The photos on the website is FAKE! And the people at the facility says OYO themselves put this fake photos for business even though they are not interested to attract customers. It was smelling of cigarettes when we reached there. Please don’t go.

I booked through oyo agent and I paid online.but when I reached there they denied my check in and asked for more money.very bad service.oyo is cheating people
