SREE MU Saravana Bhavan

We had been there on consecutive days. Earlier also we visited the same and had a very pleasant experience.

Query about food was not answered properly. The manager or so called one sitting in that position was arrogant and treated even his staff in rude behaviour.

Will never choose to dine or suggest to anyone.

Food quality is very poor. Staff behaviour is poor. Located on the main road. But they have to maintain hygiene in the washroom area and the dining area

It's a very nice place to have your day starting breakfast. Especially poori and potato curry was

I had onam sadhya, the food tasted good. But the service was worse than I heard about the rest of Sri mu sarvana bhavans. They put rice on my leaf plate like they are throwing the rice at me, even my shoes had rice in it and stood up and of course on my lap. A/c room wasn't working. One of the payasam didn't taste sweet too.

Saravanas masala dosa excellent. It is the only veg resturant where we get excellent masala dosa in perumbavoor

Indifferent people around. But okay for the quality of society around. Quite busy place. Never expect service. We need to just have the food and keep going. Though food options may be more, the waiter keeps repeating only the normal stuff. As is head, so is tail. Low grade anyways. Food is satisfactory, no complaints.

The main reason I am writing this review because the customer service is very bad. We will get the food we ordered but something extra will given to us and when we have to pay the bill they will show the extra also in the receipt and if we questioned about it the cashier will talk rubbish and humiliate us. And the cashier is also a racist very bad experience from the cashier.

These my point of view
1. Here large menu of south and North indian disc's
2. Price of food is reasonable
3. Here the two types are Ac and Non-Ac
4. Large are for parking
5. Easily notice from traffic

Ordered plain roast and Ghee masala dosa
Quantity and quality is not upto the expectation from a Saravana Bhavan.

As other Saravana bhavan hotels more expensive than other nearby vegetarian hotels around.

I usually have a good opinion about saravana bhavan adjacent to petrol pumps. They always provide much more than expected. Here too it wasnt all bad. The tables were neat. Washing are isnt that good. It is neither neat nor tidy. There is no liquid for washing in the liquid box thus lost 1 star. The food is excellent or atleast what i ordered (masala dosa and fresh lime). The chutney aint upto the mark but food is good. The lime ordered got late so does the second masala dosa even it wasnt crowded time, thus lost the second star. Overall average restaurant.

Very poor quality food, no enough staff available, order and delivery takes a lot of time, there is no one to take care of side dishes or suppliment dishes during main course

Quite a popular place among those traveling from the Airport / Kaladi towards Kottayam / Munnar. I think the popularity is only because of the brand name. The food is very average. The toilet is a little away from the restaurant and if it is raining then be ready to get wet.
They don’t accept any form of digital payment / Card, so keep some cash handy.
The place is neat but the flies can bother you!
People looking for pure veg have limited options, the other being Aarya’s but I would prefer this place.

We were returning from Munnar when we decided to have a quick South Indian lunch. Saw the Saravana Bhavan board and stopped.we have been to the Saravana Bhavans in Delhi and in Tamilnadu where the food was really good. This seems to be a phony one that was totally opposite to the latter. We ordered onion masala roast dosa and Kerala Parotta with vegetable korma. The batter for the dosa was very yeasty and the potato filling was absolutely worst.the potato filling seemd to be more than a day old and was totally unappetizing and had a funky smell. The Kerala Parotta was served with a watery, and a bowl of God knows what. Overall it was a pathetic experience and I could not advise anyone to visit their ever again.
