Good, I like the treatment, the Dr.s, and staffs are polite and good behavior,
But it costs too much

Kerala - " The Gods own country". - Indeed it's true and I felt every bit of it. Let me share with you my experience at Sreedhareeyam Ayuverdic Eye hospital, koothattukulam, Ernakulam. I stayed there for two days and my uncle is undergoing an eye treatment there, hopefully he will recover soon. Sreedharedyam is a divine place. The beauty of mother earth and the positive aura within the place is just awesome. Personally, one who is a true nature lover must visit this place. It has huge diversity of plants and trees surrounding the environment. Being a spiritual person i believe trees absorb negative energies. There is a positive aura surrounding the place, which keeps your mind focused and stress free. The hospitality and treatment offered by the staff is completely worth it. Sreedhareeyam believe in the principal of ayuverda along with modern science.
Dr Narayan Namboorthini is a spiritual person and with the blessings of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Bhagvati, he has been treating his patients with his great ancient knowledge, which he has nurtured from his father and he has been continuing the legacy of his father and he has taken " The Ayurveda" to the next level. I would definitely recommend this place for eye treatment. The patients coming here, they do get healed with the treatment alongwith it they also learn about healthy lifestyle. Ayuverdic treatment is a slow process if you believe in it then only you can heal within.

Do they provide myopia improvement treatment here. Like sri arabindoo ashram in pondicherry?

My daughter had multiple sclerosis and was completely cured by their treatment. This happened 8yrs back. Iam grateful to the team of Dr who gave my child a new life

Very Very bad experience from video consultation.the technical staff do not support fr which doctor we have to consult. Charges of video consultation is too high ie, Rs 400.totally waste of money and time Simply blunder basic treatments will be prescribed for eye disorders for example fever tabelts will be advised to take treatment for a critical eye condition. Waste of money. Junior doctors who doesn't having experience will be called us for vedio consultantion.don't go for it got much tension from their behaviors.

They could not clear or operate cataractm they say can just stop the growth of cataract. They don't have advanced equipments even for cataract operation.

They say they can cure nero weakness kind of problems which allopathic cannot cure

This hospital is very old history and till today this hospital is running successfully and best hospital for Ayurvedic Eye treatment

The campus of hospital is very beautiful and wraped in greenery.
Staff is very cooperative well organised. Their hospitality is amazing.
Doctors have profound knowledge of diseases and their extensive clinical experience with the most modern technological advancements propelled sreedhareeyam to achieve incomparable results in the field of ophthalmology.
It’s clinical and Optometry laboratories are equipped with most modern diagnostic instruments.
They have branches all over Kerala and also in other states of India.
Patients will get best quality ayurveda and panchakarma detoxification here.
Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained.
Staff is very cooperative.
Food court is quite crowded.
They also have research department sponsored by ministry of AYUSH where they are dealing with the formulation of new medications and their results along with several other research work

Everything works perfectly.except canteen.visited today for 3 year old daughter and waited 20 minutes on table for a waiter.no waiters are there or tables are not allocated for each waiter.very poor canteen management.

My son is affected with brain fever and lost his vision tracking. I visited Sreedhareeyam clinic on 30/12/2022. As per mail conversations & my impression, i was had a big hope on sreedhareeyam. We travelled a lot with my 6 months old baby to reach sreedhareeyam clinic. We paid consultation fees & consulted the doctor, doctor gone through all the reports & Scans. We were eagerly waiting for the doctor's feedback. But he said that he didn't know anything about this infection & got confused on the hospital reports and recommended us to visit next week. We got shocked and got upset. Because we made many efforts to reach the hospital by using a taxi and mainly our baby travelled a long distance.
I never expected this from a sreedhareeyam doctor. It is downgrading your reputation in chennai. If a doctor is not capable of understanding the problem based on reports, how can I trust the treatment for my baby? Sorry to say all this. But we hurt a lot. We had a meaningless consultation on that day. After many mails on this to sreedhareyam also no use. They are not properly responding.

It is the only Ayurvedic hospital in India to cure or to maintain the vision of the person's affected by various eye problems such as Macular Degeneration, Retinopathy pigmentossa, Retinal detachment, Caretoconessa and so on

Waste of time and money, I got general treatment for 20days, the bill was 1.5lk+ but I don’t see even 1% improvement.

They have so many issue for sure it’s “not a hygiene hospital. “

They celebrated chairman wife birthday on Jan 2nd, they closed general canteen and offered free food for everyone but with limited options as a patient I should take prescribed food but as they don’t have it I have to do fasting after vasty treatment. I don’t know what kind of hospital is this where they have one canteen and and they do personal parties.

Hot water is the big issue in this hospital too. They change including hotwater but it’s not continuous service they don’t even take it seriously even if we complain everyday. Because of cold water bath I got cold.

And importantly doctors just give generic treatment for everyone cleaning in and out. They can not think behind the scenes to fix the patient health.

And massage people opens door during the treatment sure great training? And they don’t change massage people if we ask them to change. I highly doubt because of massage team do 85% of contribution to heal from the issue, due this ladies I failed to recover.

They give medicine in broken glass and uncleaned once.

Some days they don’t give medicine, they simply say we don’t have medicine.

This is a just business they asked us to come for 3 years to fix this issue.

Tv is included but no proper channels for payment also.

Look what kind of glass they use to serve medicine for patients.

People will take action on complaints only if you email it to ceo.

Brilliant hospital for treatment of diseases which have no cure or medicine to control the effects. They treat genetic diseases like Retinitis Pigmentosa, Macular Degeneration, stargarts etc etc. The process is very slow but it surely works. One thing I don't like is that the treatment is getting expensive day by day.

Since last 10 years i am getting good support and much better treatment with unexpected benefits for my eyes. Thanks to Sreedhareeyam Doctors, Management and staff.

Good hospitality and a pleasant atmosphere.but the hospital must focus on the areas where patients are waiting so many hours in certain
services it may avoid for better experience

Pathetic and terrible experience. My dad lost vision for his one eye due to this hospital n their treatment. Don't want to get into deeper details here as it's public forum. We stayed here for 2 weeks almost to get Eye treatment. Narayanan Doctor treated us. During end of second week mom n dad caught with pneumonia due to Shirodhaara treatment r whatever it z n we got discharged immediately n went by flight to Chennai n joined Apollo - Chennai Emergency ward.
We went hometown finally n allopathy eye doctors said they can't help my dad vision for 1 eye as we delayed already with ayurvedic treatment at shreedhareeyam.

Pros of shreedhareeyam: -
1. Ambience.

That's it. Rest it's all cheating.
Money they are earning in this way would never let them live their lives happily. Lets c cons

Cons: -
1. Staff have no proper knowledge on what they are doing
2. Highly Commercial
3. No cure for any eye problem
4. Bill is high and you would wide open your mouth when discharging
5. None of the patients have provided us a positive feedback when we interacted with them during evenings. Infact they are all still waiting for benefits from past one year or so. They are Big time fools for sure.
6. Dark rooms for taking readings / scanning for eye patients. Very bad as patients can't properly see things in the room n suffer lot while walking.
7. Food in their food court have no salt no pepper.no little oil. It's like eating grass r animal fodder.
8. Finally, Great doctors who are clueless on what treatment to
provide/ continue for my dad. Finally they endedup recommending allopathy. GREAT DOCTORSSSSS

SREEDHARYAM AYURVEDIC HOSPITAL, treatment is good at this hospital with ayurvedic medications prescribed for different ailments.
Lots of patients visit this hospital daily.
Ayurvedic treatment for eye is given here mainly even other ailments are treated here. Doctors have good knowledge about medications. Hospital pharmacy is inside the hospital itself.
All greenery around the hospital premises.
Big canteen facility is available to sit and have food.

Lots of parking space available for cars and two wheelers.

I was suffering from macular degeneration since my Teenage. Many times treated with LASERS.
But I found out that medical science is getting tired of my case and advice to be prepared as a blind before my 35 years.
Finally my friend advised to try Koothattukulam.
Then I consulted and treated by Dr. Narayanan.
A tremendous recovery in my case.
Now I’m 53 years old.

Today I came to hospital. I could meet the doctor very fast however doctor has referred me eye testing area. Overtesting area there is very long waiting which is not acceptable

I stayed for few days, the treatment services are second to none, the canteen is superbly maintained. Very good place for eye treatments and for supporting services.

Well qualified doctors, frendly staff, very clean and peace of mind ambiance, Perfect treatment specialy for eye.but i have concern about very bad quality of food they are serving in canteen. Its not up to quality. Please make sure provide good food in the canteen. We are ok to pay. But plese provide good quality of food. Its not value for money. Please make sure take immediate action from hospital mangement.

I got a severe eye problem and as a last option I went to this hospital when all the other hospitals has told me that my condition is not curable. Dr Narayanan in sreedhareeyam said the same but also said my condition is treatable. After 2 years here I am very happy that I went to this blessed place. It's a divine feeling, wonderful staff and most caring doctors. I am very thankful to doctor Narayanan for this hospital
