We had the misfortune of staying at this so called hotel on 3rd March 2023.
Reached around 11PM after a long drive hoping to have a peaceful sleep before proceeding for a function on 4th early morning. There was some construction work going on and the workers were making so much noise, immediately complained to the receptionist but the work continued till 6 AM without any consideration to the guests staying at the hotel. On top of that the AC was not functioning making it a Shiv Rathri night for us.
I thought of vacating the hotel at night but since the area was not familiar to us, it was not possible to find another hotel at that time of the night.
During check out when we explained the difficulties faced by us, the staff seemed to laugh it off.
Being a regular traveler, I had the good fortune of staying at many hotels all over India and abroad and this was the worst experience as a Senior Citizen so far.
