I am updating the review from below since I have been continuing to have bad experience from the clothing store.

The review I posted below was 7 months ago and since then I have been contacting them i
on several occasions to get my order altered which is sitting in their shop as per them. I live abroad and therefore could not get physically to the store. They have failed to respond to my request to alter my order which they are liable to do since they have taken the payment and have not delivered the result.
This is after texting and calling to get through to them in over 7 months.

Review 7 months ago:
Very bad experience! Stiching is subpar and not as advertised. The measurements they stitch are different from what ordered and they don’t take responsibility for their errors. Poor communication once they received the payment.
Ordered 3 Kurtis and a blouse, as per website the Kurtis are S, M, L standard sizes with measurements specified on their website. Ordered a saree blouse too with the order, of course different measurement than a Kurtis as the blouses are more body specific. (as I understand). When received the order the Kurtis were of 3 different sizes, not one fitting properly. One was too long (apparently it’s gown size- but I gave my height still it’s too long even with heels - high heels on), one had too small sleeve and shoulders, other one was totally different colour than advertised on website (colours could vary than what actually seen - as per the warning) and also ill fitting. Coming to the blouse- also not a comfortable fit. The explanation from the owner is that they adjust the Kurtis size according to the body measurements given for blouse, which they never mentioned anywhere. But what I didn’t understand was how they designed 3 different sizes for 1 person!
They won’t do refunds apparently but will alter it if I give them new measurements. I live abroad and was hoping to use the clothes during a function and therefore had these clothes ordered online and brought across when family visited me. Had to return the clothes to the shop when my family returned to Kerala. This is me after spending Rs. 25000 and had no use of it at all!
Won’t even give them one star even, but won’t let me post without it-

The experience at this boutique had been incredibly frustrating. I was disheartened as the dresses I received were in a completely different colour from what I had specified in my order. When I contacted them, they refused to acknowledge the mistake from their end. The dresses I received can in no way fulfil the purpose for which it was intended. I had to order them again from another boutique where they could differentiate between colours.
I would never recommend this boutique to those who value their money and mental well-being.

Very bad experience. Worst customer service. Don't waste your money by going to these people. The engagement lehenga they stitched for my daughter was in no way related to the reference given by us. The skirt and the top were in different shades and she had to change her hairstyle to hide the blouse color. The material taken was of poor quality and they refused to show us any image or sample of the cloth until one week before the engagement. The blouse was loose and we gave it for alteration two times and still they didn't fix it. The embroidery in the blouse missed the mirror works and the reference that we had given. The worst experience we had so far

My friend had a worst experience based on a purchase. The color & design of the cloth was entirely different from what she expected. Worst customer service at all. This is for my friend Sumayya.

My wife Sumayya and her sister had a bitter experience with Srishti. Poor commitment to work as the product was not delivered even after collecting a hefty advance amount. It was very disheartening to see them struggle as it was for the occasion of marriage. A kind request is, please take orders only if you are able to deliver.

They offer personalized styling advice that helps you put together the perfect look, whether for a special event or everyday wear

I must share this dreadful experience my friend and her sister had at 'Srishti, ' which is nothing short of a nightmare. This so-called "store" is a gathering of the most incompetent and morally bankrupt individuals imaginable. Their actions single-handedly turned what should have been a joyful occasion for my friend into a day of utter despair.

I implore anyone reading this to exercise extreme caution before even considering setting foot inside 'Srishti. ' If you value your hard-earned money and your mental well-being, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this establishment. My advice? Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction and save yourself from the impending disaster that awaits within those doors. This place is a black hole of incompetence and irresponsibility, and I would not wish their services on my worst enemy. HIGHLY NON-RECOMMENDED!

I had a disappointing experience at this boutique.

The service was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. The designs didn't align with the hand sketch they had initially provided.

Our visit was for my daughter, and it was quite disappointing.

I've found some of my favorite statement pieces here. It's the perfect place to find something unique for any occasion
