Good value for money. Very friendly hotel manager who gave lots of good advice and served tea in the morning for free. Just a five minute drive to the main bus stand.

Great service by the lodge owner. He guided me on directions and shopping places. Rooms, bedsheets were clean. Rooms were bit small but was comfortable for a single person.

Budget friendly. I stayed 3 days, owner also nice person, giving information about routes, places, arranging vehicals. Morning giving a cup Of Tea, walkable distance fruits market, MG ROAD metro, High court Bus stand.

I stayed here for five days.

Pros: -

First of all, you won't get a bath attached room for 425 rupees anywhere else in Kochi I think. (Edit. Its a mistake. There are other hotels)

Secondly, the service is good, staff are friendly

Three, you get a morning tea and paper to read.

Four, they provide toilet paper

Five, the wifi has 20mbps speed.

Six, the location is near to highcourt and marine drive

Cons: -

One, the opposite side of the road is a big drainage and the road is also mostly empty in the night and occupied by drunkards and anti socials.

Two, they don't provide free mineral water, which most hotels do.

Three, they don't provide bathing towels, which most hotels do.

Four, the bed was not comfortable for me.

Five, No TV.

Six, no water heater

In a nutshell, a value for money hotel for single travellers. If you are a family and can spend some more money, you might find better options.

I had very comfortable staying in this lodge. Mr Rafael and staff were very kind and helpful with me.

Excellent places that is cheap, clean, near the metro and train and ferry! Super friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to find out info you need. Complementary chi every day and fast wi-fi. Very centrally located in a cool area

The owner is super nice and take care of his guest. He offers free chai every morning and he gave me advice about the thinks to do and see.
The hotel is weel located, not far from the metro, the bus station and the ferry to go to fort kochi

Best budget friendly hotel option for the travellers like me rooms were clean owner was so polite and kind water giving daily in to the rooms i had no breakfast included in my stay but I got the tea daily morning this lodge is very near to high court ernakulam just 100 m from famous meneka market and marine drive is also on walking distance just 300m i really enjoyed my stay at this property

Value for the money. As a solo traveler I got the best price to stay here for one week to explore near by places.

Owners are friendly in nature, we will get a free wifi and a cup of tea for free of cost.

I got a single room with only bed and a handwashing sink @Rs-300 bathroom located seperately. Overall I recommend this to bachelor's and anyone on business travel and better for group of friends. DON'T EXPECT LUXURY FEATURES, it's a decent one.

A very nice lodge. It has standard facilities including free wifi.newspaper+ tea. The manager is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are hygienic and overall its a good lodge

I stayed here for 3 days. I paid Rs 360/per night for single room with attached bathroom. Only non ac rooms are available. Rooms are clean and spacious with cheap prices in comparison to other hotels located nearby railway station. Facilities include free wifi, morning tea, boiled water. There is a market also near to it in Broadway where you'll get everything food, fruits, vegetables, clothes.etc. Staff was very polite and helpful to guide me. Plus point, it is near to marine drive, a good locality with big buildings, restaurants, hotels and banks.

Some auto drivers will criticize about this location like there is canal, it's the garbage place and will suggest you for better non ac rooms with Rs 600 / per night for single person. Don't listen to them, if you are new to the town. You'll get everything here, Just explore the Broadway market. There is Ojeen restaurant with cheaper rates, Punjab house restaurant for North Indians but little bit costly as we can expect in south. Visit Marine drive and enjoy the view.

I am from North, (U. P.) and I didn't find it difficult here for 3 days stay.

Check it first before booking it.the rooms and the area are not like in the pictures.
Edit: decent man I am since my mother gave me life.apparently besides that hotel is dirty you are also insulting the costumers that were not happy or satisfy with the place.
So just because I said to check the room I am not a decent person?

I booked a single room with attached bathroom, everything tidy and clean. They offer you a nice chai when you arrive and also when you wake up in the morning. The room had toilet paper, soap and also a bottle of water!

Raphael the manager was really nice and helpful with some questions i had about Ernakulam. He is so attentive, as i arrived late one day he sent me a message just telling me how to get late at night into the building.

The area is a comercial area with a lot of atm, shops, convenience stores, and the market of Ernakulam is just few minutes away so you can get many fresh stuff. The street is not busy during the night so is quite to sleep nice.

Rafik the owner is wonderful person, very helping and guided me very well. Hospitality was so nice.

Stayed here for more than 4 times.
Room is neat and clean and the price structure is good.
Worst part about the lodge is its location is near to market

The lodge Incharge is very kind and you will never get such room in the middle of the city for a low budget.

Its a good lodge.economical.i would recommend for bachelors.its good.don't know abt family.to my surprise there was no mosquito.yet they provide mosquito repellent.they have tv.provides tea.a small soap.water for drinking.giod reception.the closet was old one.yet for one night and all its a good choice and would recommend for boys.

I am very happy with the service like morning coffee, TV, WiFi, neat room etc in this much low budget. Located near to the Ernakulam town market.
(Also happy that I didn't get much mosquito bite as I expected here)

The room was ok. It was clean and spacious for a single occupant. The washroom was also clean but too small. It good for a budget stay just overnight. Had mosquitoes at night and the area outside was not so good.

Very good accommodation, least expensive around Judge's avenue. Well maintaned neat rooms. Free wifi. Ventilation not helpful, will let in mosquitoes if your window's net is broken. Had a table and chair for study. Next to the market. Be careful at night as it's located next to government liquor store Bevco avoid that crowd at night. It's right next to the market and drainage ditch, but i didn't find it bothersome, no smell or stuff like that, only few mosquitoes bothered me. Strictly no liquor policy at the lodge. Very accomodating staff. All at an affordavla price.

Not hygienic. Poor condition of rooms. I didnt stay because the place smelled very bad. Staffs not cooperative.

Best place to visit co-operative, well mannered staff i wish my next visit there when it possible.
