Starbucks Coffee

House flies + Soggy croissant + Dry poorly made sandwiches.

Just a dirty place waiting to trigger the next big diarrhoea outbreak. Completely unexpected from any Starbucks anywhere. Perhaps really poorly trained staff.

I would just assume, those who write rave reviews here have never been to any other Starbucks. Even by Kochi standards this place is terrible.

The staff were very professional and they provide a good service specially the waiter who welcome all customer. The ambience is very good, i tried frappucino and hot coffee, the taste was very nice their drinks are soo tasty and their food too is amazing. If you are a coffee lover must visited place

It was a little bit difficult to find parking. Rather than it being expensive. The experience was pretty good.

Expensive as any other Starbucks outlet. The ambience is great again just like any other Starbucks outlet. You get the same vibe n spicy pumpkin latte as any other Starbucks outlet.

Be warned that they do not open at 7am, stood outside for some time, staff reached by around 7: 10 and I couldn't be bothered to wait until they open. The least they could've done is let the three of us sit inside

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. The barista made my cold brew as per my requirements with less ice and more sweet cream. Also, received our cups with some warm and welcoming messages that made my day.

Starbucks at Panampilly Nagar is situated in a very cozy location right on the main road. It's decently sized with the wonderful interiors and ambience that Starbucks is known for. They even have a small outdoor seating area. The selection of food and beverages are exactly what one would expect from Starbucks and the full description of the same can be found in the Official Starbucks Mobile Application for Android and iOS. Overall a fantastic experience which I highly recommend. Pro Tip: Download the Starbucks App and become a member. Their membership program is very rewarding.

Starbucks always keep their quality and the ambience was so nice and ofcourse the prices are slightly on the higher side

Love the place. Staff is very kind and lovely. Though sometimes it gets too noisy and over overcrowded which I guess is a normal thing for Lulu

Felt the shop is a bit overrated. The price is really on the higher side wheras the product is not that worth the rate. The ambience is good and nice place to hangout.

Went there for a brunch, Good Ambience. Excellent Service. Staffs are well trained. Food Superb. Nearly hundred seats available in AC and Non AC. This is located in panampilly nagar. Dine in, take away and online order options are available. Food order takes 15 to 20 minutes. 15 to 20 car parking space available around. Anytime you will get a parking slot nearby.

Nice place where you can get really great coffee and so many kinds too.
Taste is super, just the price is somewhat high.

Happy to see Starbucks in kochi. Ambience, service all gud but would suggest to think twice before you order cakes.being a tiramisu fan, starbucks tiramisu was very disappointing. Loved it but, wish cakes were better

Usual starbucks with a great view.nice ambience.spacious place.menu is standard.well kept interiors.parking can be a problem at times.

Hot chocolate and double meat club sandwich genuinely impressed and worth the price tag.

Frappe was bit too sweet for me but Coco rich. Double chocolate cookie was excellent, it has the right guey mouth feel.

Ambience is a part of Starbucks experience, we went there on weekday around 7, not too crowded but didn't get AC lounge immediately.

I had ordered a Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino and a Hot Chocolate with Soy milk. I didn't like the Frappuccino much but the Hot Chocolate was so good, I loved it.

The customer service and they are so helpful for all our need. The ambience and calming atmosphere helps in focusing on doing any work oru spending time with your loved ones

I am so greatfull to Starbucks because they helped me to get my favorite coffe powder in my tough time. I was unable to travel to get it but the staff Arathi she really took her effort to bring it in my hands safely.really appreciated your effort.big thanks to your team️

I went with my friend to Starbucks and we had an superb experience over there. Arathy Menon and Sijithra you guys did good job over there as staff. As it was our first experience in Starbucks Arathy and sijithra (coffee master) has helped us in choosing the right coffee and food and also they introduced about the coffee too!

Not ypto the mark. Many of the drinks dont even match upto the local restaurant quality with regard to taste.

I've ordered an espresso, it was pretty bad. And it is so expensive also. Not worth it.

I would rate the cappuccino just 4 out of 5, as I am not a sweet tooth, premixed sugar in my coffee does not please me. I would love to taste the coffee more, than the sweetness. I would say Starbucks just carries a hype for being a premium coffee place. I would say I have had better coffees. Now for the place you can definitely try this place though I did love the fact that everything in the menu has a clear calories count that really helps me. This place can really dig a hole in your wallet and just to flash some photos in instagram, this place will workout.

If you have been to a Starbucks before you already knew what to expect. If not, you can check it out, it's not cheap though. As for the coffee, not much different from the other big chain competitors. Just that the others have way smaller outlets and thus lesser choices of food and drink options in their Kochi locations. If you are vegan you will get soy milk and almond milk options to drink, but no vegan stuff to eat. Parking can be a pain, you may have to park a bit away and leg it to the store.

Starbucks at Panampilly is an amazing place. Besides a great coffee experience, they have such a wonderful staff and beautiful ambience inside the outlet. Arathy Menon and Sijithra were the staffs who prepared our beverage and it was delicious. Hope I could meet them the next time I go there because as a customer there, I'm amazed with their behaviour which added to our experience there.

Frappuccinos and Hot chocolate was too good

I would never recommend any cold beverage. They’re not at all tasty or well prepared. Hot beverages are well made as well as their food.
