I've been a devoted fan of Starbucks for as long as I can remember, and every visit to this coffee haven is a delightful experience. It was a blast, the time that I had there was awesome. The food was.well it's Starbucks, But the thing that amazed me the most was the service, Mahhnnn that was good all of the workers were really friendly and we made movie jokes. It was a hell of a time we had there. 10/10 fr!

If you mention, 9 am as the opening time. It should be 9 am. Had a terrible experience at Hilite malls entrance. Thanks to the crass Bengali security guards who have no manners to talk and starts taunting. Please correct the timings on your site.

Well, first of all, Starbucks is Starbucks. I love their Frappuccinos, especially the Strawberry and Crème one.

The interiors are clean and super premium, the baristas were relatively fast with the orders.

Attitude of the lady staff in billing just pathetic she will spoil the brand value of this business.must give proper training what to do when there is a crushed fly in the coffee

Coffee is always great at Starbucks! But they really need to improve the service at this outlet. The staff are very courteous but the tables were not cleaned up and there is always chaos at the counter.

Waited 45 minutes for a frapuccino. They informed of the delay only after accepting the order and taking my payment.

Ordered food through the delivery app Zomato and items were missing and never got refund for the missing items, the delivery partner and Starbucks never returned calls, A case of pure professional cheating

Frappuccino was nice.
But their staff needs to learn about the rewards on mobile app. I had to order and upgrade size of my drink through app instead of ordering at the store.

Apart from all, I wonder how they are making these delicious and juicy pastries. The cherry chocolate cake was the perfectly balanced one, sweetness, juiciness and even portion. Rest are Starbuck quality no need further explanation. They have amazing collection of snacks and coffee. The seating is not overcrowded.

No options on green tea or hot favoured tea. The staff not ready to accept fact that such Gm tea existed too

I tried signature choclate its good & ambiance also very nice. In service disappointed.

The baristas were friendly and efficient, and they took the time to explain the various drink options to me and make recommendations based on my preferences.

I ended up trying a vanilla latte and a slice of pumpkin bread, and both were excellent. The latte was perfectly balanced and had just the right amount of sweetness, and the pumpkin bread was moist and flavorful.

I’m surprised we have a Starbucks in Kozhikode and I must say they have done a fantastic job with the interiors and the whole setup. Staff are super friendly and I had the ‘Peppermint Mocha’ which is seasonal.
The flavour is not for everyone but I enjoyed it.

It was my first time in any Starbucks to begin with. The Atmosphere sure is serene and calm and foreign. They have their menu up on the display above the area where they prepare the dishes. The air smells of freshly crushed coffee seeds and the small murmer of people inside the shop fills your ears.
The staff were were very patient with us. He asked us for our preferences in coffees that we had tried and gave us suggestions to begin with, them told us about the combinations available and then about the popular drinks and then later on what it's made off and then prepared us our drinks. It was a wholesome experience unlike any other.
If u like unfiltered coffee, u will love it, if not ; u won't hate it and all, but u won't love it either?

It has everything you'd expect from a starbucks. Excellent ambience, top notch quality foods and drinks, and really good service. I have to point out how friendly and energetic the staffs are in this outlet. The pricing is same as what American outlets are pricing when converted (I think) (you know its going to be expensive hehe). Overall no complaints except about their app but there's no point taking about it here.

First time having food from Starbucks.food was worth the price but not the coffee.it was a comfy experience overall.provides spacious and good ambiance to have food, beverages and get office work done.they also have charging ports under the seats near to the wall for laptop and phones (should have charger in hand)

While shopping at Hilite Mall, stopped at Starbucks, for a quick coffee break. Happy to see an international brand in Kozhikode. They offer a wide range of coffee selection. We had caramel Macchiato and Caffe latte, both were excellent. The service was great. Tried few sandwiches and cakes as well. Definitely coming back again to try their different kinds of coffee
