Why do they even have phones in their branches! Never pick up calls or reply to emails! Worst service ever experienced from any bank!

Worst Service when it comes to customer service.
Never picks a call or reply to mail.
Even they don't attend any written requests as well.
Changing the branch, but they do make that too difficult.
