Stayzone: Service Apartments Trivandrum Homestay Holiday Homes Hostel Trivandrum

I didn't stay here, but wanted to book here for 2 months seeing reviews.
After calling for the 5th time they said it's confirmed but nothing was sent as confirmation, I called so many times to send something as proof atleast once but never responded.
I reached TVM (Trivandrum) and called several times to send location (because they had two locations, google was showing only one), but as usual it was zero response.
It was a worst customer service even before I come, so dropped the plan to your place and searched for best one who was responsive and kind enough (which I got in less than a day).
But I'm very thankful to you still, because of your irresponsibility I got a best place to stay.

Neat and secured and lot of privacy in the hear of the city. Anytime 5*
