Stay was very good, Ajay, Saravanan, Ashis, Aravind were very helpful and gave us a hospitable feeling.enjoyed Pongal celebration.

We stayed overnight for a weeken outing, and it was an excellent peaceful easily approachable well located resort. The rooms/ cottages are well maintained and well distributed too. The staff was very polite and caretaking. Buffet spreads were delicious. Really enjoyed the stay.

Not worth the spend. River view is not that great and no access to river

Not so customer friendly and they charge 125 per hour for cycling, golf and few others

I would suggest to look at other options for this cost like SR or Poppys

Besides the service is bad and pests are everywhere seems like no proper maintenance

I also attached the quality of the water bottle they gave in room. I will leave it to you to decide

Was a beautiful resort but not happy with the restaurant service.the restaurant manager was charging us extra. When we made enquiry, then only they changed the bill. The charge for activities are too high. Breakfast was good. But wont recommend the restaurant for dinner or lunch. We were asked to reveal our cloth type in the pool which was a shocking thing from a reputed resort.

Absolutely this is my personal opinion After ordering the food we had to wait a long time and it was not because of the rush to get the food, I had to pay more than I expected.
The most important thing is that the vehicle we are coming in should be parked outside without any liability under this owner.

Exceptional staff and service. Resort is good with decent rooms and amenities. Resort activity centre has soem decent activities and there are some tourist areas near by. Good enough to spend a couple of nights peacefully.

Had a memorable stay!

Had a river facing villa to stay, the sound of the flowing water was nice.
This was enhanced with occasional rains.
An open balcony to sit and enjoy the view helped further

Wood house stay is an experience.

The room was clean and kept well.
Service of the folks around is commendable. The restaurent gives good choice of food between a la carte and buffet (only if reasonable occupancy is there).
Smart child friendly pool of great entertainment for children and adults.
This place is in sync with nature and less of artificial make-over

Parking space is provided across the road, maintained by the resort.

Discovery room, helps us to explore on-premise activities.

Sight-seeing trips are organised by the resort or also by folks across the road - choice is ours.

You can self plan sight-seeing to locations nearby, but most of the places/hillocks will have to be visited on foot or 4x4 vehicles

Note- Check the restaurent menu before ordering so as to avoid billing surprises.

Room was average but food cost was very huge, charged additional for room service at dinner time even though dinner was free with the package. Should have mentioned earlier that food item service to room was additional. We had ordered some items to the room along with the other food item list for dinner as buffet was not available. In normal cases, this should had been fine - buffet will be free if included in the package and room service would be chargeable, but here in this case no buffet was available and we were mentioned that we can order the items over to the restaurant and they will keep ready the items which we wished to have for dinner, they SHOULD HAD mentioned that room service was chargeable which they apologized only in the last moment at the time of checkout.
Also room was average, the bed for third person was just a normal sofa converted to bed which was not at all comfortable and there were cockroaches running inside the room. The room key condition was pathetic too. The views were average. But the total price was too high considering the facilities provided. No welcome drink was provided though which was already mentioned in the package. The manager just said that he is not able to do further more and apologized which was not at all a professional attitude.

Please DO NOT visit this property!

We had a wonderful experience at Sterling Munnar resort last year and we expected a similar one too and therefore had booked prior without thinking about the cost.

Excellent ambience with awesome atmosphere and food was very tasty. The staff members Shanna was really very helpful, chandru from reception was too helpful and all the staff members followed the covid protocols and they were wearing mask and gloves all the time.

Great place to relax with your loved ones. They are following Covid 19 protocols religiously and staff members are always carrying a warm smile which will be remembered for long.

Worst service from Sterling Aanikatti. Feeling regrets we have choosen Sterling. I had great experience from MUNNAR sterling so that's why I have choosen Sterling Anaikatti. It's really terrible.
We have got uncleaned room, cockroaches, ant were running across the room. Wash room and toilet area was extremely horrible felt bad smell.
They have charged huge room tariff, when the facilities were below average. Specially additional bed provided as a local setup. There is no proper safe car parking facility there. Out side from the hotel and there is a small open ground we can park our car.
Sorry to say that Pathetic staff behaviour from Sterling Aanikatti.

Nice and clean environment, alongside river which is an added advantage to the location.such an excellent support and service from Mani and Ajeesh. They have made my day by organizing a wonderful candle light dinner with a customized menu. Thank you so much Mani and Ajeesh and your entire team for you polite and excellent service! Your arrangements were excellent!

Its one of the best resorts in anaikatii. Affordable fair clean and well maintained. Visted mid of march outside it was very hot, but because lots of trees inside resorts which keep very cool inside resorts. River View is there but entry to River from resorts is blocked. Staff are good and well behaved. Swimming pool is next to restaurant which i find useful because those who are not using Swimming pool also can engage. You have mini golf which is not maintained well. Parking is outside resorts compound. Restaurant is fairly good.activity zone is ok.

Having been to most of the Sterling properties, this was our first visit to Anaikatti - we couldn't have asked for a better experience with family and kids! Safety precautions were to the point amidst this pandemic. Staff - in reception, restaurant and holiday activities - were more than willing to assist us whatever and whenever we needed something. Swimming pool was a hit among kids. We visited the point where rivers Bhavani and Siruvani meet after a brief walk alongside the river bank and had a cool bath in clear waters! One of the most unforgettable getaways!

We had to sign a business deal. We wanted a quiet place with a Conference Room and some good snacks and Beverages. Sterling Anaikatti was a fabulous place. They provided us with a beautiful Conference Room for 9 people. Excellent Service. Great Food. Great Ambience inside and outside. The Resort overlooks a beautiful River. Lots of Cottages. Uniquely Wooden Construction. Great Views. Though we didn't Stay but spent about 5 hours on a business conference, we found the Venue just great. Keep it up guys?

Had a really wonderful stay. Sujin at the front desk was really helpful and also gave us an upgrade for the room. Its a great resort to relax.

Peaceful location. Clean and well maintained wooden cottages, roaming areas, play areas and pool. Food could be better. Overall an enjoyable place to spend few days alone or with family/friends.

Being a long time sterling member in my many visits to their various properties the staff have never failed to put me and my family at utmost ease and comfort and this time at Sterling Anaikatti was no different. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and made us feel absolutely at home during our holiday stay. We left relaxed, rejuvenated and with a yearning to come back.

Well maintained resort. Nice ambience, outdoor activities are good. However restaurant needs improvement, lunch and dinner are provided with same menu and not upto mark.

The resort is in a superb location. It is built very nicely, with lots of trees inside which keeps it cooler than outside. The views of the river is great from the resort. The rooms are all built of wood which gives adds to the overall aesthetic, although I wish they weren't so stingy with the space - the rooms could be a little more spacious. Only other area of improvement could be food - more options and fair pricing. Overall it is an amazing place to relax and detox and have an experience. Leave your phone behind, get some massage and enjoy the views!

The service here is terrible. The power goes off every now n then. The room stinks. Bedsheets and towels need to be replaced high time. Cleanliness is a major issue.we did not expect this from sterling n we regret trusting u on this matter. Pathetic. No priority given to members. Paying such a hefty amount to get all the nonsense service. Club Mahindra was way better. Very disappointed

TERRIBLE! Sorry to say this but I have to mention that my stay at Sterling was terrible by other guests and created nuisance at mid night. I am very much worried and didn’t sleep whole night after that incident. This was affected near by family too. One guy tried to enter our room and we were quite panic. Though I made a complaint to Sterling but my holiday was not that fruitful.

The resort is good but really not much to do around. If your target is just to relax, this is your place.

Food is very bad, they charge 350 for fried rice, but they use normal rice not even basmathi rice. Rooms are ok, bathrooms not up to date

Nice resort. Superb ambiance. I had a great experience in this resort and the best part of resort was staff. The staff was excellent. The reception staff are very helpful. Mr. Sujin was helped us very nicely. He know everything about the place. Food was awesome. Very tastey and absolutely best. The chef also very helpful. I will visit again.

Overall staying experience is excellent. Hospitality is so good. Neat and clean rooms best room service. Thanks sajin and particularly nikhil for surprise candle light dinner. Njoyed a lot.

Hospitality at its worst

The food is too overpriced. But what was more irritating was the attitude from the senior staffs there. Not at all welcoming. Very arrogant.
The swimming pool is too small too. The overall ambiance is poor

If you're planning to visit this place, there are better places to stay.

Nice place to stay and relax not very far from Coimbatore city. It's a small but beautiful and clean campus full of greenery. Food was decent and variety improved closer to the weekend as more people checked in. I loved that they have an indoor play area especially good for rainy evenings. They organized some events and opened up the dance floor for families to unwind which was a nice touch.

Good enough.but the toilets/restrooms are horrible.very unhygienic and a horrible smell engulfs you if you go near them.otherwise the other amenities are fine.

Top class holiday resort for nature lovers and bird watchers. Situated 55 km from Coimbatore, the resort has a good restaurant, a small swimming pool and a spa. Ideal for people who love peaceful holiday.

The resort is not at all a three star property as they claim for and doesn't keep up the standard of being a sterling property.
