Away from the crowd, by the side of a small stream these cottages are a must visit. Great service at good price.

Was looted by the hotel staff. On arrival they told us that checkout time was 12pm with a maximum extension of one hour, they said they would call us if there were any issues with late checkout or any charges to be applied. We received no calls, left the room around 1: 15 n stayed to take pics by the open areas, on giving the key to front desk, they demanded a pay of 1000 extra and kept arguing that they arguing that they tried to call us but couldn't get us. They kept fighting say that we had to pay no matter what irrespective of the fact that they didn't give us any prior notice.
Rooms were filled with ants on the bed, the walls n toilet seat
Our stay was ended on a bad note n a disturbed vibe because of this incident

Cool and silent place. Wood type cottages. Good surroundings. Rooms are very neat with good view from balcony. A small stream is also there with cool swallow water. Got complimentary breakfast during our stay in 2018.staffs are friendly.

Such a beautiful stay. We stayed here on weekdays, felt like we rented the whole place I think this cottage is really underrated, you will never regret choosing this. We selected Super Deluxe Cottages. ️ Also there is play are for children (swings, seesaw) and adults (volleyball, badminton, carroms, archery).
I would say, If you planning for a staycation, you better choose this place, won't be a regret at all.

Room is good. But no covid protocols. No sanitizer. No one wearing mask. No one wearing gloves whole serving food.

A good resort with a lot of trees and greeneries. The rooms are very comforting and beautifully done. The entrance has a nice view too.

Resort is slightly off the main road, about 5-7 minutes drive so no much disturbing noice from the main road. Ample play area for kids.

Food is good quality but less quantity and little bit costly too. The taste of food is above average, options both veg and non-veg are extremely limited

Please avoid this place. Nothing special about here, you should get better scenic, neat, and most importantly cheap resorts at other places. Had an awful experience last time.

The resort very green with a lot of trees especially close to deluxe cottages, the rooms are very comforting and beautifully done. The entrance has a nice view too.

a) Slightly off the main road, about 5 minutes drive in the dark
b) Nothing much to do inside the resort except one carrom board
c) the so called 'origin of kabini' is more or less a mirage, it's a small drain at best, not as dirty though
d) the taste of food is below average, options especially veg are extremely limited and speed of serving food is terrible, 4 people can't be fed together because they have only one tawa. This was the biggest put off
e) located pretty far from popular city attractions like Banasura dam, lakkidi view point etc.

Poor service, room is far from the reception. Response from the staff was below average. Room amenities were not serviceable. There was no cable in the room. The ceiling fans were unserviceable. The lights were also unserviceable.

Place is wonderful and nice to visit with your friends family. But pricing is costlier than service and amenities.

Over all experience was good, nice place and really suitable for family with kids. But dinning of this resort likely to improve a lot. Ambience is good, staffs are reliable and humble. Cottage facility should have been maintained lot better, definitely it s not worth as money they charged. At that climate, warm water is mandatory to flow all the time, but it was not available especially in the morning

Nice Cottages near a stream with friendly staff. If restuarant service is required you need to pre-order an hour before as its just for guests and not for public. Neatly maintained after the floods of last 2 years.

I went to this resort along with my family and colleagues. A memorable trip in my life time.

Resort in the middle of jungle (Of cource it is safe) giving you a splendid experience with your loved one. During my stay it was drizzling. Such a romantic place and perfect scene.

Rooms are spacious enough to accomodate many. Very neat and clean including restroom and surrounding.

24/7 room service. Television with a cable TV. Far from road make absolute silence.

Restaurent is near to reception at the entrance. Buffet and table service is available. You can ask custom food variety as well. Serving both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian foods.

Minimum 3 hours long journey to reach resort from the nearby Kozhikode Junction or Airport.

Staffs are super friendly to take care and enjoy your stay.

I recommend Stream Valley over Vythri considering cost.

Visited the place recently, had a very pleasant stay at the resort. Cottages are well maintained neat and clean. Food was good. Needs to improve room service and some activities can be planned inside the resort. Overall good place to visit with friends and family.

Nice ambiance. But there are a lot of insects and leechs outside its not harmful just a fyi to be prepared

Stayed for two days the stay was excellent, enjoyed the scenic sites and nature to the full extent.the dinner was too good and well organised, but need to improve in the breakfast menus.the staffs was too courteous and their services were good too, only need to take precautions while walking on the greens as you will find leaches.

Location is very nice to explore and spend 2,3 days.in my opinion cleanliness of the rooms and hospitality needs to be improved.still i love this place for its one of a kind experience.

I wish there was a zero star rating available. I booked one premium cottage but when we reached the place the cottage that was given to us was not premium at all, it smelled as if the cottage wasn't opened for at least 3 to 4 months. I asked for a different cottage, but the other cottage was the same, they had only these two cottages left. When i asked the owner that the cottage was in a very bad condition and I wouldn't like to pay such a high price for a disgusting cottage, he got really angry started to shout at me and told us that I am not happy to have you guys here you can leave, even when we asked to at least get the room cleaned he didn't agree. Really bad experience, the owner is just a money minded freak who just wants to extract as much money as he can from the customers without giving them a proper service. I wouldn't recommend booking a cottage in this place there are other areas where you can get cottages in a cheaper price and with excellent view.

Place is calm and quite. Good location, easy to access, good cottages, close to nature, room service is not good, should have better management. Good for a peaceful vacation

Place is located in calm area, very good place for staying, food is awesome but breakfast fair is quiet costly

Stream valley cottages is a beautiful property which is so eco friendly with numerous amount of stand alone cottages.
This is located is Vythiri and the property has a beating lawn with a walkway which shows nature at its best.
The rooms are nice and there’s a balcony too with a view or a seamlessly flowing river.
If you’re looking for privacy and partying alone with a group or friends, this is the place.
The staff are decent and the food too.
The service though can improve because they took quite a bit of our time for room service and serving food.
The restaurant has a carrom board where you can play and an outside play area for kids too.
The area is huge and there’s a lot to explore.

I had been to this place for 3 days in December 2018. Food can be improved. The breakfast and stay is charged for kids more than 6 year old. This information is mentioned in terms and conditions of resort policy which we may not focus on. Overall stay was good.
