Staff, especially the store manager has no clue about the terms and conditions of policies and they WILL mislead you by giving false information on many things such as warranty, replacement procedures, etc. (just naming a few here). Never TRUST a single word these guys say.

AVOID at all chances to visit this place. One of the WORST customer services I have experienced and indeed a TRAUMATIZING experience. I am so glad that we decided to return the product (which was DELIVERED DAMAGED beyond repairs) and end all associations with Pepperfry.

Very poor service, delivered a shoe rack with manufacturing defect and are unable to process a replacement or fixing it after two months of purchase. Extremely poor after sale service as well. You can keep calling them but they 'll close the complain without solving. Midhun from store is incapable of coordinating for after sale services.

It was an awesome experience buying the product from a pepper fry studio directly. There was a minor hiccup on part of the third party delivery partner. The items available are quite good. But, most of the things I wanted were not available. So it may be better to first spend some time browsing their catalogue online.

DONOT buy anything from this people. I had purchased a coffee table from Pepperfry Panampilly nagar branch. While purchasing they told once delivered someone will come and assemble. But after delivery they informed that I will have to self assemble the table. If they had told me this self assembly while I went to purchase I never would have bought. Am very upset and regretful for purchasing from Pepperfry when so many furniture outlets are out there.

This concept of having a studio outlet is great as it helps reinforce the belief in quality of Pepperfry products. The touch and feel experience lends credibility to their online catalogue.
Overall the place is well setup and staff courteous as well. Am yet to order something but will update on that experience soon.

My experience is poor with PEPPERFRY online through. THRISSUR store, I had ordered a shoe rack.and the received product was in pasted condition. Poor customer care team also. MR. MITHUN from PEPPERFRY kochi had informed that they held no responsible for online purchases. BUT WHERE WE CAN COMPLAINT these issues.

Very well equipped and organized place and helpful team served us very patiently till we made our selection.

Very bad experience with them. I ordered a study table. When they brought it, no handle. They told they will come and fix it. After that no response and I called them many times. They will not picking the registered number. The problem not solve till today. My request to others better not to purchase from here. No service.

The guy who works there is an absolute punk. I called him to check if a piece of furniture I wanted was there. He said there's a display piece available which cannot be purchased, but that I'm more than welcome to come check it out.
Upon reaching there, he tells me the product isn't with them and starts showing it to me on his computer saying if I buy it from there, I'll get a better discount! What a spaz.

Very bad experience visitng the store. Most of the products they don't have there for displays. I went there twice at different time periods for different products. They would say lets order it online from the shop. We can do the online purchase from our home, no need to visit the place for placing the order online.

The Studio Staff are not customer friendly. They seems to have no interest in selling. Very few items on display.

I like the very catchy tagline of yours: 'Sells a product every 30 seconds'

Think of adding a second part to your ad tagline.

'But takes forever to send someone to assemble the products'

Ordering furnitures from Pepperfry took a huge toll on me. Placed the order for a couple of furnitures in August and received most of the products that were damaged. Since I was really caught on the looks I asked for replacements to which they promised me that I had nothing to worry about. I’m finally giving up my desire for the poster bed which was replaced THREE TIMES and still remains in a pathetic condition!

THINK AGAIN. Worst service.

Ordered a table as gift, the parts damaged no service even after persistent calls nothing from the side of the company or than unfulfilled promises. Been weeks finally I have given up, never again.

When i ordered, some of my products were damged. I was little worried about the that.but then the studio people took care of that and i got the replacement without much delay.

Kochi - Panampilly Nagar studio authorities are horrible. Worst Customer service ever. They are not concerned about our order, once the order is placed. I must say, pepperfry products are good, but the customer experience from kochi branch was very very poor.: (Hope they will rectify this:)

Verymuch unprofessional way of dealing a online business. Product quality size if not satisfactory. Another product has not delivered to even after 1 month. The delivery date is crossed but they have no mind to help a customer.

My experience at kochi pepperfry studio was awesome.staffs helped me a lot finding cost effective products which are durable too.they were very patient to understand my requirments.

It's a cool place to spend your evening with your dear ones but the place is pricey with interior Decors that is ethnic in origin ans be careful that you don't break anything because it's gonna cost. The lighting and the way they placed everything is simply awesome

If I had an option to give 0.5 stars then that would have been great. You will get the worst service here. When you try to contact them you'll have to wait for almost 10 minutes and then you will experience one of the worst service.

Good place, the associates there were really helpful and helped in finding suitable product and when compared to other products in local market, it is cost effective. Hope the product will be durable.
