Went for my friend as he had missed his driving licence before 5 to 6 years ago honestly they have provided the complete details with DL no so now he can apply for the duplicate DL really thanks for their good service and support

An office that reminds one that it is State Government Office designed to harass people more than serve them. In fact the whole Kerala MVD stinks - corrupt and ineffecient!
The given BSNL number responds with a 'not registered" answer.

Much better now. But still the attitude of some staff remains the same. They want to create the old atmosphere that the customers are at their mercy! What they forget is the simple fact that they are getting paid for their service by the same people whom they serve! So the point is that they should respect the customers and must behave properly. They should always remember that they are not employed by the government to provide a free or an illegal service.

The name says it's kazhakuttom sub RTO but the new office is situated outside of kazhakuttom and the comparison to the old office, this one doesn't have that great or even have enough space for the people who come there. It's a real bummer that they have to go outside of the said area and relocate to a place which is less accessible to the public. But the staff are really helpful but I don't know why they even choose this area for the RTO

The RTO office in kazhakkuttam located near kattayikonam junction on the kattayikonam to chenkottukonam road. It offers easily acess to photo stats shops and an Akshaya kendra, providing convenient services to public

Officers were very cooperative in providing guidance, also there is an e seva center opposite for any online application

We went one day to submit papers.they said page down.next day went network down.it was just to submit the papers.today went there around 4: 45pm, they said time over only till5pm and the staff out frm their seats.

Meanwhile some MVD came to take pic for fine my car, saying number plate size isnt right.how can they do that.when not in uniform.or checking.

How lucky to get a job in mvd office or a mvd.

An unimpressive building with moderate facilities for users and visitors. A typical government department with very neutral and casual approach of staffs.

It is located near Kattayikonam junction. KSRTC Buses are available. It is located by the side of Sreekariyam - Chempazhanthy - Pothencode Road.

The officer seems to be strict.
It would be nice if chairs are arranged for the people waiting outside.

Had great experience with the services here. Please be aware that most RTO services are now available online.

I had very very pleasant experience at RTO, Kazhakuttom. I wonder such good govt offices are in Kerala. I wanted to re-new the registration of my 15 year old bike. Unfortunately, some people mis-guided me to get is done through Agent. As a result, i ended up in horrible situation. Due date expired and due to it, lost good money of compounding fee (Rs. 3000), late fee, renewal fee etc.and mental frustration and no hope of renewal.
By God's grace, I met officer Mr. SAMEER. He is Gem of a person. He listened the full problem and found solution with personal effort. Any amount of thanks will not be enough. I want to add here, he took only Thanks. It was unbelievable surprise as we generally have wrong impression of Govt Officers.
Finally, I want to appeal to everyone that don't complicate your life. If you want anything done, approach directly. The officers and staff are highly co-operative and polite. People outside Kerala will find it very easy as they communicate very well in English. RTO, Kazhakuttom may be the best RTO in the country.

Located near kattayikonam. Besides the way to chempazhanthi sreekaryam. Easy to access from highway and mc road.very calm area. No trafic around.

Very good officers and and very responsive. The person sitting in the front office was very helpful. Provided all information needed. The inspector and the RTO also completed the task without any delay and I did not have to have an agent or pay any Bribe. Excellent example of how a government office should be. Kudos to the staff and management of this office. Thanks for the service

നല്ല പ്രവർത്തനം കാഴ്ച്ചവയ്കുന്ന RT ഓഫീസ്. Very friendly staff. But as a visitor we need to be patient and follow all covid protocol. New location is better than old kazhakutom junction whicf was very congested.

Please people, whatever work you have, walk into the RTO office and get it done. The RTO here is an excellent person who is ready to help.

I had a different opinion and so took the help of a person by name #$%&¥ (Can give the name when required) who happened to be a big time fraud. These guys are there outside the RTO office and they claim they can get things done. I now understand that such frauds are there outside all RTO offices. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS.

The office is located on the roadside and is easily seen. There is an enquiry counter, the staff were very helpful. There is also a counter where all services can be done online which located on the left side of the RTO.
