Very bad experience from the staffs. Rude behavior and they're just sitting there to getting paid and not to help us. Went there to changing the name from RC book. And once he (don't know his name) checked all the forms and other details, shouting at me saying that this is not your rto you've to go to pathanapuram RTO to change the name. Then i went to Kottarakara RTO (i went there for other reason and just checking wether they can do it or not) and they did everything without any hesitation.
