Today I went for a License duplicate cancellation, The Officer (I think the officer's name is Mr Dilip Kumar) is Very good and well behaved Officer. This is my first and good experience from a Government office.

Just been to here this morning for getting a LL as part of converting my overseas DL in India. The Officer in charge, and staff on duty were so helpful and happy to get an impeccable service! The level of Digitalisation is well appreciated.

Very bad service, other than Joint rto all staffs are lazy, I had to go there 5 or 6 times for document submission untill I directly met joint rto. (contacted through his whatsapp) He helped to finish the things same day. Please dont meet the lady officer sitting there (she will make your day very bad)

Very bad response from the officers. Please be triple check documents that you are getting from here. My vehicle rc book they printed company as toyota and vehicle as mahindra bolero. They even dont check any mistakes or errors. We will have to submit penalties for their mistakes if you found the mistake after some days.

Good office. Employees were very informative with regards to procedures and was able to finish the job easily.

Very bad response from couter staff lady employee. I visited this office on 7 April 2021 to verify the RC registration details and she told me to wait until the officer to come. I waited more than 1 hr and again I approached her she very rudely told me that I told you to wait right officer not yet come. I never had a bitter experience from any other govt offices before.

Nice support with the counter 1 staff. I don't know the officer present there. Yesterday I went there to enquiry about rc changing details. I reached there at 4.58PM. The other stafs are urge to relive from the office. But the counter 1 staff one male whitish color. Curly hair.he detailed me with a good manner.i am happy with the service provided by him.

Unlike to many government offices, they are very friendly, easy to recognize from traffic.
The office functions in third floor, no lift facility available, adequate parking facility.
