Cons
1. Very slow in document processing.
2. No proper seating facility.
3. Very difficult for the old people to climb the stairs to first floor.
4. No drinking water facility.
To summarise the common people has no facilities provided while waiting for long time.
Hope they change things.

No access for 'Divyang' people or senior citizens. They have climb all the steps to the first floor for registration. They should have atleast provide a lift.

Need to attend on time according to your token. Otherwise there may be chance of registration delay due to internet issues. Very less parking area is only available. Located near Puthenchantha nearby the IOB. You can directly access from Main road. Office is working in the first floor.

If you reach early your works will be done.
Since the registration process are mostly online there should not be any issues with internet. If so process will be late.
