Very helpful staff one and all.and cleared my need within minutes even in the midst of heavy rain and time of office closing. I wish every government official to make this office as a role model.

Excellent staff. I Contacted the office on 08.06.23 with regard to clarifying my doubt with respect to encumbrance certificate applied through online. Staff attended the phone was very cordial and patiently answered my queries. Whoever attended the phone this day i am really thankful to him as i needn't have to take leave from my job and coming to that office for clarifying my doubt.

A very narrow lane leads to this office. Have to park on the main road and walk all the way.

The sub registrar and office staff are very well mannered and helpful, they went out of their way to help out my father who was sick and had to visit them. Never expected a government office to be so helpful.
