Well maintained park for kids, just a suggestion to improve- there are old rusted and broken metal parts at some places within the park. So please make sure that little children don't bump into them

Rare to find No fees park. Go to place for kids in the evening. Adults can have a calm walk, sit idle under trees or sleep with sea view. Better maintained than earlier. Easily accessible bus and boat jetty near to marine drive. Parking available but very difficult to get on weekends and occassions.

It's not an actual park, just a normal park. You can spend the evening with friends or family. If you are alone you need peace, go to any beach. It has beautiful statues and some park items for kids.

Popularly known as Subhash Park, the Subhash Chandra Bose Park is situated along Marine Drive in Kochi, Kerala. The park, which overlooks the serene backwaters of Vembanad Lake and Kochi Harbour on one side and a bunch of trees on the other, is an excellent place for people to come and relax.

A nice place in a metro city to spend time in a calm and quiet atmosphere "upto 8 PM" only.
After 8 PM Cochin has to return home and sleep

The walkway is completely renovated and very beautiful these days? The lake view from this walkway is unexplainable

The park authorities are also very friendly to the visitors. They are properly maintaining the gardens and surroundings.

It feels good to be back in the park after a long while, as it was closed for renovations. Few additions to the original park like herbal garden and butterfly garden are there. And the exercise structures previously present have been removed. The walkway closer to the main road is still under construction, and once that's done too, hope to get full rounds of the park. Ps. Some of the play structures are still under renovation.

Subhash Park is a beautiful park located next to the boat jetty and opposite to Maharaja's College in the heart of Ernakulam. It's a public park which is maintained by the corporation of Cochin and overlooks the Vembanand Lake's backwaters and Cochin Harbour. While stepping inside the park you will find a straight entry towards the musical walkway and marine drive. For fun, one may enjoy boating in the children park which is made in such a way to provide knowledge about traffic rules.

Nice park it's near the Marine drive. Nice place to sit and relax their are full of trees which provides a nice ambience. It's facing towards the Arabian sea.

Got an opportunity to visit here few weeks back. Nice view. Nice atmosphere. Will be filled with kids and all. One thing I noticed that there is a age limit for using those play things. But boys and girls above that age are using that. Small kids won't get an easy entries. Parents please accompany with kids for the safety. The security there find irresponsible.

Best place to spend some time with your family or with your gf. Place is very clean and gives a calm feeling to our mind even though its in the city.
One major problem is the parking. Its really difficult to find any parking space especially on sundays.

For the last 3to4 decades, the park remains the best and first in Kerala. Situated in the bank of Cochin backwaters, the part of Vembanad lake, seems to be the most beautiful location in Cochin city. The better place for evening walk and family outing. Also have kids play zone and mini aquarium here. The park is well maintained and beautifully decorated with arts and sculptures.

One of the best place from marine drive# cochin, it was nice mood and ambiance to enjoy with family, by evening you can see the families are enjoying their free times with kids. Nice, songs that management plays on the walk way is good and nice collection of song which is more melting to the evening small trips. Very nice park to spend evening.long walk ways and garden and trees very well maintained. It has equipments for children to play with. It's situated on the banks of sea beside the marine drive and a transport bus stand is nearby. Always crowded and has a good ambience for spending time alone or with friends and family.

An good eye attraction ND tourist attraction place with small shop of soft toys very close to sea Channel can see the ships passing ND boat jetty's. Evergreen place good at nights.

Park timing is 3 PM - 9 PM (Mon-Sat) and 10 AM - 9 PM on Sunday.
I don't understand why this park cant be opened everyday for public from 10 AM to 9 PM on all days.

Too restrictive opening timings. Why have a shady park if one can't use the shade during the peak of the day? The park is closed during the noon hours.

When open the park beams with activity and is quite well maintained.

Request the authorities to reconsider the restrictive timings.

Very neat and clean. Good place to hangout. Awesome view in the evening and night time. Decent place for families. Only small concern was that all kids play area props were closed due to renovation/maintenance.

Its a Childrens Park were we can spend time for Relaxat and kids can play here
