Worst experience ever, arrogant unprofessional staffs.never think about this hotel for stay. (I gave them 1 star because there is no option for zero)

OYO room & service was good. But I got a bad experience from Oyo online agent, when I book the OYO room, oyo agent told me that breakfast was included, but at the time of check out I paid for bf & when I called oyo customer service they simply said sorry, which is not professional.

Value for money. Decent place. Good service. I thing I noticed there was a foul smelling coming from the kitchen while passing the stairs. Not a good sign for having food from there.

Worst service and people. Eventhough i booked for three days they told they wont provide ac in their room after we reached there at night. This people think they are giving free service for us. Dont ever go there, truely cultureless creeps.

Superb hotel with good staffs and economical.stayed for 2 days. I would really appreciate the experience and will suggest others.

Dirty bedsheets and pillows even blanket is dirty. I checked in very late so I don't have any option to change the hotel or room because all rooms are sold out.

This is one of best hotels in Angamaly, from KSRTC bus stand it's approx 500metres. The rooms here are spacious and well maintained. The have a restaurant in the hotel and even a bar lounge on the 1st floor of the hotel. Last year also i stayed here and again this time i made my booking here. They have got enough parking space.

A property with great amenities, but the maintenance was very poor. Friendly Staff. Hassle free parking. There is no separate entrance for bar and hotel is the worst.

Best rooms available near Angamaly town with moderate rate. Worth of money. Staffs are cooperative. Parking space is enough. Tasty food in its restaurant.

Booked room was not available and said only deluxe room available which is 600Rs extra than my booking that also with out complimentary breakfast. Check in Time was 8.30Pm morning 11.00clock they started calling for check out. Extremely poor service and only money focused people. Not recommended for any one.

Nice spacious room, fairly clean, nice furniture, good mattress, hot water, a fridge would have been cool.quiet place in a small street just off main road.good parking facilities, close to all sorts of restaurants. It's weird you cannot open the window because they put a screw (why?).

The problem was only that if you get a good deal booking through an app like booking or Agoda. Oyo will still charge you the difference to their daily rate. In my case that was 170 rupees one time and more than 700 rupees the other time. So that is a bad surprise on arrival.

Nice rooms n ambiance.lots of parking space.they have started Bar service recently which is very close to rooms.thats the only drawback i can mention.

One of worst hotels ever had been, very impolite and unprofessional staff, dirty and foul & fishy smelling rooms, because of adjoint bar whole hotel full of cigarette smoke and alcoholic fumes. Breakfast is horrible. Warning: Never dare to be there with family.

Ordered a room from oyo. The room costed below 1k. When I reached at the hotel, they asked me to pay extra money as they have a minimum charge. They said they wouldn't give the room unless I pay and it would be canceled. I heard that there is no tax below ₹999, They might have scammed me. I gave the extra cash as I didnt want to make a fuzz and ruin my mood. But this is a very poor experience. Also the fact that they didnt call me before hand to let me know about this is a bigger problem.

NEVER EVER STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT, Most Horrific place very bad people, bad management don't honor online booking even if full payment made in advance, only appam and one curry and a tea in complimentary breakfast, IF YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY ALSO NO OTHER BREAKFAST AVAILABLE, BREAKFAST DOESN'T START TILL 7: 30 AM
Room Service is horrible, uncourteous rude will ask you to pay bill immediately on delivery of food or tea
At room DON'T EXPECT TOOTHBRUSHES, SHAVING KITS, TOOTHPASTE ETC

This is just a BAR WITH ROOMS remember the worst bar you visited in your own locality remember waiters there now degrade that by 10 notches that is your level of expectation from them.

Room was good. Service was very poor. Some staffs were rude, some were good. If you confine yourself to room, you won't feel much bad.

Edassery Blue Bells is one of the best you can find in Angamaly. Its located close to the KSRTC Bus stand (Angamaly). First and foremost the hotel is well maintained. Starting from the lobby its clean and good cushioned chairs and sofas are provided. The ambience is good. The staffs are well behaved and polite. Taking about the room, i have to say that its a very good deal with the amount the charge you. The rooms are neat and clean with good facilities. Its air conditioned with a water heater and bottle provided. There is a small working area with two chairs and a small table. The bed is good and wide with quality pillows and blankets. I would say The wash room is great. Heater is missing but who needs a heater in angamali. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Its value for money.

Worst experience from the hotel, Hotel manager was arrogent, he just denied my checkin when i went, without any proper reason, he asks for extra payment for checkin, as i have already paid the full amount through oyo app, i asked for receipt, then he just arrogantly asked me to search another room, i made complaint to oyo

Awesome rooms, very clean (always have very low expectations from Oyo) but this changed my perception. One star less is for the lack of a full dining restaurant, which I believe at that time was under construction. The front desk staff is also very friendly and assisting.

Well I was very confused about which property to go for but then after lot of searching I finally ended up with this hotel. This property is 200 mtrs from Angamaly Bus Stand and around 8kms from Cochin International Airport. I booked suite room which had bathtub too. Out side food is chargeable. But food at this hotel is really nice and hygienic. Breakfast was amazing I would say. Ambience is nice and silent. Rooms wise it's super clean washroom and room are spacious plus washroom was spacious too. Loved the stay

The hotel property is good but the staff and owner beheviour is very much worst they treat customer like dey want plz dont book this hotel if u r with the family and plz dont book dis hotel from oyo the hotel owner has problem with oyo app so he was very much rude with us so by all this my suggestion for is No for this hotel worst hotel.

I had the worst experience of my stay in this hotel. The reception was empty when we arrived the person so called Sabastian was also rude inadequate to provide a clean blanket plus misbehaved with me and my husband. And when I asked to change the dirty blankets with red stains I was told that other guests haven’t complained then why am I complaining! Is this the behaviour I should be getting despite I had prebooked and done advance payment. I don’t think so

Worst possible experience. Rude staff n unhygienic rooms. Dere was a guy named Mr Sebastian who was the incharge there. Highly rude n misbehaved n abusive. Had to check out within 30 mins of checking in. Pls avoid wasting time n money on this property.
